Dr. Pandher is a very honest, forthcoming dentist and makes my appointments feel as comfortable as possible. She lets me know exactly what is going on with my teeth and dental health.... not just trying to make a buck on any unnecessary procedures. She's really concerned about my dental longevity, which I found comforting. The staff is super nice, flexible, and responsive. From the doctor to the staff they are a great team of genuine, efficient service providers. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you're looking for a top notch dentistry, look no further!

It was my first appointment with Pleasanton Valley Dental. I was quite impressed with the appearance and cleanliness of the office, the obvious knowledge of the Dentist. The staff was very competent and helpful. I have seen 2 other dentists recently. The comparison is amazing.

I'm glad to have found this office! Kanthi seriously gave me the best cleaning I have ever gotten. My teeth have never looked that good before after a cleaning! Dr. Pandher is great as well. I appreciated her kind demeanor, explaining things well, and lots of good treatments that her office offers that do not seem excessive like some places. The receptionists are also very warm and helpful.

The staff is extremely friendly and good but I am really disappointed with their billing transparency. I got a root canal treatment in December and they informed me about the treatment out of pocket charges after a month and it wasn't a small amount, it was $900. Fortunately, the staff made some adjustments and took care of it after I complained, I really appreciate that. But again after my fillings today they informed me about the out of pocket charges to be ~$340 after they treated it. When I mentioned that I was not made aware of the out of pocket charges, the doctor easily waived off charges for two filling as they were too small, leaving a balance of $230. So if I would have not raised my voice, I would have paid $110 extra! Dental treatments are expensive and I feel more comfortable going to a dentist when I know what I am signing up for in advance rather than just handing me bill. I have been to other dentist in the bay area and I have never experienced this problem.

Highly recommend Dr. Pandher's office. I had my deep cleaning done from them. They are a team of super helpful, experienced and knowledgeable staff and provided all the information according to my needs. Dr Gagandeep Pandher: Knowledgeable, helping and informative. She guided and gave me the whole template to improve my dental structure. Kanthi(Dental hygienist) : Super friendly and does her job really well. Mariam(hygienist): Substitute hygienist. She did the regular cleaning and was also great. Susan : Really lovely and cheerful person who helped me in the Billing inquiries. Ari: Wonderful scheduler who helped me to book all the appointments to my need and explained how the insurance covers the backend process. Really Amazing team that works here! Keep up the good work

The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Pandher explains any procedures very well and answered all my questions. Susan, the office manager, is also very knowledgeable and helpful. They always send lots of reminders so I can keep track of when I am scheduled for an appointment. I would highly recommend their facility. Well worth the drive from Fremont.

I really appreciate Pleasanton Valley Dental's team! I've been going here for years, and everyone here is super nice/friendly. Kanthi did a deep cleaning on my teeth today, and she was very thorough, often checking in to make sure I was ok, too. Dr. Goldie is very warm and makes sure to follow up and explain what needs work as well. I drive all the way from the Peninsula even though I no longer live the East Bay, and Susan always does a great job helping me when I have time scheduling appointments. Overall, a great experience!!

Pleasanton Valley Dental is the best hands down! I unfortunately cracked my tooth enjoying a tasty meal and came into the office looking like Chuckie! Lol. Luckily Dr Pandher and her team was quick to assist and made me pain free in no time. Not only that but by the time I left the office, I had a temporary tooth till my new one came in so no one knew it cracked in the first place! Pleasanton Dental rocks and is the only place I can recommend to anyone!! Thank you so much guys!
