If I could give Dr. Chao a higher rating then this I absolutely would. She is caring, compassionate, professional and does everything to the highest of standards. I had a case that was not easy, but she took her time with me, making sure that everything is perfect while also making me feel comfortable and so well cared for. I can't say enough how grateful I am to have found her! Daniella at the front desk is also excellent. Very professional, explained everything well and very friendly! I had no issues with scheduling appointments and they have a good reminder system. Danny the hygienist is an absolutely delightful person and you can tell that he is in the job that he is meant to be doing! He is friendly and so kind toward the patients, you can tell that he truly cares about your comfort and about getting to know you. He is an absolute asset to this practice and has an amazing future ahead of him in this field. I highly recommend Dr. Chao and her staff and can't say enough about how great they are!

I know Dr, Chao when she had her office in W.C and today we realized it might be 9 years or so that I come to her. When one looks for a Prosthodontist you want to make sure that you get the best work in an adequate time and Dr. Chao is the most professional, reliable person. She takes her time and understands when one has a concern , she is like your good friend you trust. And trust is a big issue when you are in a chair of a Prosthodontist. When you enter her office you are greeted by her friendly staff and then you hear already laughter from the office where she is with patients. I recommend her wholeheartedly to everyone, is the best!

Dr. Maggie Chao and her entire staff are AMAZING! Experts in their field and beyond caring for individuals in challenging situations with their teeth. I highly recommend Pleasanton Prosthodontics!

Maggie Chao and her staff are absolutely fantastic! They have an incredible "bed side" manor and understand completely about financial hardships. I would recommend this office a thousand times over!

Very friendly staff. Dr Chao was very informative about all of the procedures that I might experience. Also explained the pro's and cons so that I can make a confident decision.

My experiences with Dr. Chau, her assistant/tech Dana and everyone else on staff have been fabulous They are friendly, kind, professional and thorough. I have nothing but PRAISE for Doctor, Dana & staff.

Love Maggie's office!! I can't say enough great things about her practice. I've been going here for about 4 years and every time Tracy is so kind, caring and thorough with each cleaning. She's so, so good at what she does! Tracy and Maggie always take the time to get to know me and understand any concerns I may have. I always feel so calm, relaxed and well taken care of every visit. Every staff member here is so kind and really good at what they do. I highly recommend Pleasanton Prosthodontics!

OMG....when you meet Maggie T. Chao DMD for the first time it's like meeting a long lost friend from high school that you two just giggle and you know that everything going to be alright. I am just starting the process with Dr. Chao. Please wait for my my review when I have a new set of dentures and hopefully my true smile back. I have been waiting over a year for new dentures. Not due to anything regarding Dr.Chao. Long awaiting denture patient, wish us luck and knowledge Karen K. Update soon

I love Dr. Chao's office. Everyone is so kind, caring and compassionate and Maggie's work is top notch. The only sad thing is that I found out my favorite assistant Natalie is leaving after today. It was always great to see her every six months. Good luck, Natalie!

Have no doubt. Maggie Chao is the best Prosthadontist anywhere. She is gentle, artistic, caring, and runs a superb office setting I can't recommend her more highly. She is the BEST!
