Front desk staff is very rude and unwelcoming. The care is very subpar as well, wouldn't take my toothless dog there.

Went there since they opened. In recent times I've fought a bill they've refused to bill to my insurance because they forgot to send it out promptly, and waited over a year to do, and at that point my ins changed so it needed back dated. Fought a second time regarding a new bill because the biller at pleasant valley dental billed the wrong ins company and absolutely refused to make the corrections despite me providing all the information needed. They stopped accepting my sons dental insurance and refused to see him unless i changed his insurance, again despite being a customer there since theyve opened. I made my appointments usually first in the morning and the dentist was routinely late arriving. Recently went in for a chipped tooth/filling that fell out and while getting fixed up dentist decided to do "extra" dental work without my knowledge or authorization, and I was billed for it. Took an online survey they sent me and I responded to my dissatisfaction about have work done without my permission. I promptly recieved a release letter from the office referencing my survey. So despite supporting this business since they've opened, it was easier to cut me and my son out as a patient. A real professional business would have asked permission before doing extra work, a real professional would have reached out and attempted to rectify the situation when they recieved a negative survey. Instead it's just easier to sweep a bad experience under the rug, and cut them from your practice. I would watch out going here, it is a predatory practice!

My family changed dentist offices after our previous one stop accepting the insurance. We found Pleasant Valley Dental and after several visits, we really like this dentistry. My dental hygienist was Rheannon who is an absolute professional! She did an amazing job by talking me through each step; meticulously cleaning teeth; explaining reasons for issues and best practices; and polite. I actually made a review based off the experience that Rheannon created during my visit. On top of this, the women working the front desk and check out were extremely polite and helpful when handling my questions. It's hard to find a place with so many wonderful employees. Also, both of the dentists are wonderful as well...you just spend more time with the dental hygienist in my case.

I highly recommend this place. The office is clean, the hygienists are thorough, and the dentists are friendly.

I used to love going here. Until the work became less reliable. Constantly returning to have the same things redone . I had severe pain almost a month after a filling. The first time I called they said they would see me that day. Told me it was normal. Pain was worse the next week. Called to be seen and was told I would need filling removed and redone. Kicker is they stopped taking my insurance and told me I would have to pay out of pocket. My fiance went and the dental assistant drilled the wrong molar. They laughed it off and said no biggie we won't bill your insurance for this one. No compassion or patient service. Just concerned about how much they can get from you until you realize their work is terrible.

My 3 year old daughter had a great first experience here due to a great hygienist named Emily. She was wonderful, she showed my daughter all the tools she was going to use and how they worked, like the "tooth tickler". She made it fun and did an over the top job at making my daughter very comfortable. Emily defiantly deserves to be recognized for her great work ethic for the amazing job she performed for my daughters appointment

The best dentists in the area!! Very friendly staff, hygienists and doctors. Appointments are alwasy on time when scheduled. Totally eased my fear of dentists! Through cleaning, exams and xrays. They were also able to schedule me in the next day for a dental emergency that was much appreciated. Very highly recommended!

My children have been coming here for a couple of months! The staff is amazing an Dentist well she's jus as amazing. Told my son what she was doin as she was goin an if he got scared she explained why they had to do it! This place deserves 5 stars!

Hands down WORST dentist office EVER!! I've been coming here for about 2 years, but will never come here again! I've gotten my teeth 'cleaned' by an assistant, not a hygienist, the last two times I've been there! My entire appointment was over in 15 minutes. All they do is polish your teeth and send you on your way! The assistants also do all of the fillings, and they're the worst fillings I've ever had. Every time I try to floss it just shreds and gets stuck. I've gone back many times to try and get them smoothed down but they say that's normal. It's not!! I've since gone to another dentist to fix all of my problems that Pleasant Valley has caused. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Great staff, but don't expect your xrays back without jumping through hoops and downloading software you have to sign up with.
