Dr. Meena is a 1999 graduate from Boston University School of Dental Medicine. She received the 'Crest Award for Excellence in Geriatrics' in her graduating class, awarded to the best student in her graduating class for significant academic and clinical contributions to dentistry for the elderly. She has been practicing dentistry full time as an associate in the Massachusetts and Worcester area since her graduation.
She has attended the 8th Annual International Symposium on Implantology as well as EndoMagic - a 3-day hands-on mini course on practical endodontics in Atlanta, GA. She is especially focused on periodontal health topics and has attended several courses on soft tissue management.
Dr. Meena is a member of the American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society, American Society for Geriatric Dentistry (ASGD) and the Worcester District Dental Society. She is also an active participant in the MDI, Family Orthodontics and Periodontal Associates study groups. In addition, she has volunteered for Special Olympics events in Cambridge, MA. Dr. Meena has also been accepted to the Mass Dental Society 2012-2014 Leadership Institute. The MDS Leadership Institute is designed to empower participating dentists with the necessary tools and training to become effective leaders in organized dentistry in their community.
Dr. Meena was recently selected to serve as a Guest Board Member on the Board of Trustees of the Massachusetts Dental Society (MDS). In this position, Dr. Meena will participate in several Board meetings over the coming year, offering input on a wide range of issues relating to the MDS and the dental profession.

Was there today so happy my granddaughter had a cleaning then a filling in the same appointment instead of booking an additional time after school. The last dentist office Worcester Hills (park st.) would have had us waiting for at least half an hour then at least a month in between appointments waiting with a cavity....yup no kidding. Dr. MEENA is so thorough that we were out of the office in an hour total ! I am so glad we switched to 101Pleasant st. Dental . In addition today at the visit , a sealant was placed on my granddaughters teeth. All this effectively and efficiently done in one visit. I will be making my appointment with Dr. Meena this week and so should you I .revisited Today this am at 7:30 . This office is open . The dental office is accommodating and will work with all of your oral health needs and concerns.

Dr Meena is the kindest, most caring and compassionate dentist we....(my husband and I) have ever had the pleasure of seeing.... I have severe dentist PTSD from a military dentist... I am not only willing to the dentist... I look foward to it... Knowing i am in for a pain and stress free cleaning/visit... Charged my insurance for several procedures she did not do for both my husband and I. Dental insurance fraud but just pays the insurance company back and says it was a mistake when she gets caught. Pulled my tooth and left the root in. Only found out after getting a second opinion due to all her shoddy dentist work. Be very careful!!

The pain was so bad I could barely walk anymore...and being new to the area, I not only don't have a dentist but I'm trying to rebuild a smile since my first husband basically fed me my teeth. So, I don't have the means to just go to the dentist and get my mouth fixed, though I have dreamt of that for over 15 years. So, I read what people said about Dr Meena and I called. I had already been on antibiotics for weeks until I could find someone willing to pull it, it was bad. After arriving at Dr Meena's, I filled out the paperwork the best I could and she took me right in. What felt like forever was probably 5 minutes and she had me in the chair. We did the ex rays fast, she numbed me the best she could, but because I let it get so bad, it was gonna hurt regardless, though the Novocain did give me some relief. She hooked me up with some cool sunglasses, this was gonna be gross and we didn't want anything in the eye...she clamped down, and she pulled. It broke in two but before I could even whine, she was right back on that bad boy and boom! This huge tooth...gross...but it was out. For a little lady, she's strong as heck! I've never been more thankful, more greatful to someone who just basically ripped a tooth out of my face and I could feel pretty much everything, BUT, I waited so it's my fault and she made it better. She's a very nice lady, very kind, and patient, especially with a grown baby like me. I would recommend her to anyone. I just wish I had lived here long enough to have had her as a dentist before the damage got out of hand. Thank you Doc, you helped me more than you know!

I Love Dr Mena Shes beyond amazingg.. No Dentist has made me feel as comfortable as her.. She takes her time, Explains the process etc, Shes very patient, Her office is very clean. I also love her MA/Secertary Jess shes amazing as well ...They go above and beyond at this office... I have never been disappointed ....
