When Dr. Moshier took over the Pleasant Street Dental years ago, he knew he wanted to maintain its reputation for being extremely friendly, community-based, and professional. Today, were known for not only those qualities, but also for our commitment to technologically advanced dentistry and superior treatment.
As a team, we love getting to know our patients, working together with the community, and pursuing the cutting edge of modern dentistry. We do many things as a practice, but our priority will always be providing an unforgettably positive dental experience!
Dr. Moshier earned his B.A. in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Buffalo, and his DMD degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He spent three years in Northern Virginia as an associate where he experienced numerous technologies at the forefront of dentistry. Dr. Moshier enjoys regularly attending seminars and courses for continuous improvement in new methods and technologies. He is an active member of several prestigious dental associations, including the Maine Dental Association (MDA) and American Dental Association (ADA). His most recent areas of study include the Kois Center for Advancing Dentistry Through Science and the Misch Implant Institute. Together with his wife, daughter, and son Dr. Moshier is happy to call Brunswick home and enjoys all the activities that Maine has to offer.
Ashley graduated from the university of New England with her B.S. in dental hygiene. She enjoys working with patients of all ages, and loves making them smile, helping them achieve their desired dental health goals, and making sure they feel comfortable throughout their visit. Born and raised in Maine, she is now living in Westbrook, and during her spare time she loves camping, being active outside, spending time with friends and family, walking, and playing with her yellow lab Finley.
Before joining us at Pleasant Street Dental, Jill spent sixteen years working in middle school mathematics, assisting eighth grade students in New York and Georgia. Jill has been married for 34 years to Rick, has four grown children, and five grandchildren. All have chosen successful careers in pharmacy, dentistry, education and paralegal law. Jill and Rick now call Freeport home where they enjoy kayaking, gardening, and spending time at the beach.
Jenna is originally from the south shore of Boston and before moving to Maine, earned her B.S. in Nutrition and Food Sciences from the University of Vermont. She earned her associates degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of New England and is now proud to call Portland her home. She enjoys building relationships with her patients and loves being able to give them a more confident smile. Jenna enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the beach, skiing, and walking her bulldog Moxie.
Xoa is originally from Vietnam; she immigrated at the age of five to Buffalo, NY. She graduated with a B.S. at Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene in Boston, MA, and for the last 3 years she practiced in Northern Virginia, where she honed her skills in the treatment for Periodontal (Gum) Disease. Xoa is enthusiastic to learn and share information with colleagues and patients so they can achieve and keep their teeth and smile for a lifetime. Xoas spare time is spent traveling, learning new cultures and foods at the end of the day, spending time with family and friends is of the utmost importance to her.
Meghan graduated with her B.S. from Forysth School of Dental Hygiene in Boston, MA. She has been practicing since 2010 in Boston and Portland. Meghan enjoys educating patients and helping them progress with their oral health, and learning new advances in dentistry. Growing up in Portland, she has always loved trying the new restaurants in the area. She also enjoys cooking, reading, and being on the water in the summer.
Emily graduated in 2019 from the University of Maine at Orono, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition. After graduating, Emily began working in the dentistry field as an assistant, studying to earn certification in Radiation Health and Safety from the Dental Assisting National Board, Inc. While she never thought she would be working in this field, she enjoys the work and finds comfort in knowing she is helping people obtain a healthy smile. She has lots of experience with customer service and thrives in making patients feel comfortable. In her spare time, Emily enjoys relaxing and boating at the family lake house, and spending time with her friends. Her favorite pastimes include running and painting. She is especially fond of animals, and her best friend is her dog, Zoey.
Madison graduated from the University of New Haven with her A.S. in dental hygiene. She enjoys working with all patients from toddlers to the elderly and is always ready and excited to help someone achieve great oral health. Born and raised in Maine, Madison lives in Lewiston with her Fianc (soon to be husband in August 2020). She enjoys spending time with her dog, Leia, and her cat, Gisele, as well as being outside, traveling, and experiencing new things with family and friends.

I've never had such good dental care in all my many years. Not only was the cleaning the best, but then, the personal attention when I had a schedule shift - how the team at the office worked to find a way to fit me in. I know the circumstances were synchronous, but I felt so looked after. And the dental work itself was done with such expertise. I thank everyone in that office. Especially Xoa and Dr. Moshier.

I am new to Brunswick, and needed to find a dentist based on my insurance list of providers. I have a history of many dental problems and having a good dentist is essential. I was impressed with the info on their website, so I made an appointment for a cleaning and evaluation. This has to be the best, most thorough dental exam I've ever had. The entire staff, from the front desk onward was friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Pleasant St. Dental!

I've never had a Dr contact me because they were running 10 minutes late. These folks are amazing! They have the latest equipment and they do an excellent job. Kudos to the hygienist.

First off, it was my first time in three years I had sat in a dentist's chair. The staff was very courteous and professional. My hygienist explained my x-rays and her procedures to me and answered all my questions. Plus, she did a terrific job on my neglected teeth and gums. Couldn't thank her enough. Oh, and they didn't try to up-sell me on any unnecessary services. Great place. Found a new dentist home.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Have had nothing but great experiences with them. Went in for a filling and had to have my tooth pulled. It was so easy and they kept me well informed through the whole process.
