Dr. Avvaru has been practicing general dentistryin southern New Hampshire for more than16 years. She practices all phases of dentistry and enjoys working with children. She also emphasizes on educating patients about best possible dental options and treatment outcomes. Dr. Avvaru has many years of clinical experience in endodontics, restorative, cosmetic dentistry and completedadvanced study in orthodontics enabling her to provide superior orthodontic care to pediatric patients.
Dr. Avvaru graduated Magna cum Laude in 2003 from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Avvaru is a member of American Dental Association (ADA), Academy of General Dentists (AGD), and International Association of Orthodontics (IAO). Dr. Avvaru enjoys Cooking, gardening, spending time with family.
Dr. Caroline Adams grew up in Massachusetts, attended public schools before receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at UMass Amherst. During her time at UMass Amherst she competed in ballroom dancing while also working in an endocrinology lab. Dr Adams received multiple research grants and academic accolades as the top 10 students in Biology at UMass Amherst.
Dr. Adams went on to earn her D.M.D from Boston Universitys Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. In addition to graduating with honors, Dr. Adams worked at a teaching assistant for endodontics, radiology and removable prosthodontics. Dr. Adams through her active membership with both local and national dental societies, stays current with the latest treatments and technologies. Dr. Adams believes in treating patients as if they are part of the family

Dr. Sreelatha Avvaru is the best dentist in NH. Her office is very welcoming and has a family atmosphere. Dr. Avvaru is very thorough and treats with kindness and compassion, whether a simple cavity filling or more extensive work. She takes her time to explain the treatment plan and available options to keep your teeth strong and healthy. I trust her knowledge and highly recommend Pleasant Smiles Dental!

Not only is Dr.Avvaru an excellent dentist, she knows what she is doing and is willing to do absolutely anything to help her patients. My case is a very difficult case but she has been willing to take on the challenge to help me. I cannot recommend a better doctor!

I called Dr. Avvaru's office due to emergency pain as my filling fell off, I was seen the same day and my cavity was treated and I am pain free since then. We are happy with the service.

Had great teeth until I moved to this office. They gave me 5 fillings over the year and a half I was with them and ruined one of my teeth. They tried to "fix it" 4 different times. Shame on me for giving them that many chances before I left.

I was looking for a new dentist because I moved to NH. I take really good care of my teeth and go every 6 months to a dentist to get a cleaning. I also have never had a cavity in my life. When I visited this dentist a year and half ago they said I had 3 cavities and where acting strange. So I decided to wait 6 months and go to a different dentist. My new dentist said I have no cavities. I have sense gone to the new dentist twice and same thing. I have really healthy teeth. Be careful at this dentist. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

The hygienist I had here was little aggressive and came across as a bit condescending. They tried to have me book for a filling that didn't need to be done. They also didn't bother telling me that they thought I needed one. I only found out from the receptionist when she tried to book me (not the receptionist's fault at all but frustrating that the dentist didn't keep me in the loop). I got a second opinion from my new place and they said there was no need for a filling right now. I'm sure not every dentist and hygienist at pleasant smiles is like this, I just may have gotten unlucky with who I had.

Dr.Avvaru and the staff are wonderful , I have been going to them since 10 yrs very professional and they have taken care of my tooth ache even on a weekend. Very clean office and follow all the safety precautions.Extremely happy they have given me a healthy smile.
