She verifies the coverage for every dental treatment with the insurance comapnies, thereby giving every patient the most accurate treatment plans that you are guaranteed to not find anywhere else! She will also help in the back office as a Registered Dental Assistant.

This place tried to say that I needed $10000 done on my teeth. I went to another Dentist and they are charging $500 and said there is nothing else that needs addressing to. And the place that I went to has excellent ratings so I'll trust them. I didn't have a good vibe entering this place. I won't be back.

Everyone has been friendly. I mean everyone! I have a history with a really bad dentist when I was young and super impressionable. To this day I will find any and every excuse not to go to dentist. I changed my dental insurance and made appointment here. I have been seen several times (because of my anxiety) I explained my history and honestly I don't think they do anything special just for me. I feel they take patient care seriously and all the times I have been there I haven't been alarmed about anything.

Receptionist is always amazing! However the rest of the staff isn't unfriendly, but not exactly welcoming either. I also know that sometimes you have to wait, but it does feel like every time I go I am always waiting so long to see the Dentist. It is frustrating to me as my time is just as important as the staff and other patients.

Only been there one time so far All in all not bad service The dentist could be a little more thorough in telling me exactly what teeth (pointing out which ones need to be removed). Rather than giving me a referral with tooth numbers to be extracted So yes I will be going back tomorrow to get more detail seeing as the place I'm Refered to for the removal insists all be extracted that day. Whoa I was under the impression it was only 2 teeth. So the dentist wil need to show ans explain why the others must be on that list for immediate removal

The staff at Pleasent smile dental care was very friendly and welcoming. They quickly took my x-rays and did an examination of my teeth and cleaned them well. They made a plan and helped schedule out in advance. This place is also open on Saturdays which will be a big plus for my work schedule.

Very professional place. Although didn't think a tooth they said needed a crown, it was repairable without a costly $1,200 crown, and ? Costly root canal. Going for a second opinion.

I first thought this place was great because of the quickness of the dentist doing 6 superficial fillings in less than 30 minutes. I have bad anxiety and just wanted out as quick as possible. 6 months later my entire mouth is in pain. I have 3 painful cavities and 2 underneath the fillings he did...without novacain. I don't know how this place is even in business. I went to CHC and got taken care of but here, I straight up got scammed by a dentist/used car salesman. DON'T COME HERE. To Pleasant Smiles response: Too many red flags for me to want to come back for a correction. I have 35k worth of recent(2018) periodontal work in my mouth.. I know what good dentistry looks like. You guys were friendly, just awful at dentistry and cleaning teeth. Sorry but you wasted my time and did the opposite of what a dentist does. You didn't fix anything, you made it worse.

The dentist i had my appointment with was rude and unwelcoming. He told me to get all my teeth pulled then come back and see him. I went to another dentist that fixed all my fillings without any issues.
