I am new to Pleasant Run Dental and I am very pleased with Dr. Downing and his staff. All are very friendly and professional, and do their best to take away my anxiety about going to the dentist. Dr. Downing has a calm chairside manner, and took a great deal of time to explain his findings and recommendations to me. This is a small dental office where they take the time to know you, and provide you with quality dental treatment. Highly recommended.

I was VERY pleased with Dr. Downing and his staff. Gracious, polite, friendly, professional. He did not rush through things but was willing to answer all my questions and take all the time I needed. I really appreciate that. I felt like I was treated as a person, not a number. I highly recommend this dentist!!

Dr. Downing is good, REALLY GOOD. As an added bonus all his staff has is warm & friendly with awesome personalities. I highly recommend going somewhere else... If you don't want the best.

Was fine with my son going there from grade school-teenager. No Hygienist currently- he is late on his teeth cleaning. I have a cavity that hurts and asked about going in. I was told I have a $23 bill that is overdue from something insurance didn't cover last time and she wouldn't even schedule me for an appointment until I paid it. RIDICULOUS I am going to be there in 2 days- let me just pay it with my deductible for the day. Then I was told I wasn't on the policy my son has.... this is an employer based insurance and I am REQUIRED to be the policy holder- you can't just have your child. THEN I was told I would have to sign a financial agreement that would be emailed to me (not sure why- is this over $23???). 24 hours later- NO EMAIL. I called to cancel my Son's (months waiting) teeth cleaning and told her what was going on and I was upset. All she said was "well, I have to say- I tried to email you- it said it didn't go through".... WTH It's called Customer Service lady. If someone is expecting something and it doesn't go through CALL THEM! You have my phone number! NEVER EVER GO HERE! RUN!!! Definitely going elsewhere. I like the Dentist here- so does my son. His front desk gal is terrible. Too bad you're losing business if that matters to you.

Thank GOD for Dr. Downing and his staff. Dr. Downing is an excellent dentist and is staff is great The best dentist I've ever been to. He has a nice clean Godly astomphere. May GOD, bless Dr. Downing and his staff always.

The most pleasant dentist I've been to in my life! The staff is friendly and ready to go above and beyond to help. Dr. Downing is friendly, kind, and very gentle but also not afraid to be blunt when necessary. This is the first dentist in a long time that my dental avoidant husband feels happy and safe seeing with little to no anxiety because they have always been incredibly helpful.

Our family have been going to Dr. Downing for years now. It is a very clean, safe, and relaxing place. Always a wonderful experience with everyone there. Friendly staff, reasonable rates for dental services, and always treated very well. I can trust that Dr. Downing and his crew will always take care of me and provide me with the perfect dental plan and perfect care. I have read the reviews and there seems to be a disgruntled employee trying to drag Dr. Downing through the mud and everything that person has written couldn't be further from the truth. This person is even making fake accounts and posing as multiple patients to troll this practice. It is a shame that people do this to businesses just because, they couldn't do their job properly or whatever the reason is for their being terminated. I have known this practice longer than the employee that was let go and I can tell you that this person is NOT telling the truth. Go to Pleasant Run Dental for your dental needs and see how Pleasant Dr. Downing and his staff truly are! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Total professionalism across the board. 5 stars from us!

I recently had a wonderful experience at Pleasant Run Dental. I had fractured a piece of filling out of my tooth and Dr. Downing needed to fix it by placing a crown . The whole procedure was quick and painless ! My new crown is perfect! I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for caring personalized service!

My husband and I have been going to Pleasant Dental run for the last five years. Dr. Downing is a perfectionist. I have never been dissatisfied with the work that he has done on my teeth. I've had everything done from fillings to implants. The staff is always very nice and courteous. I would highly recommend Pleasant Run Dental.

As a new patient of this practice I was examined by Dr Downing who put my concern of a chipped tooth at ease. My former dentist made me feel pressured by doing a procedure that I felt was unnecessary. He confirmed my suspension and let me know that it was not necessary. I put 100% trust in Dr Downing! His staff are all welcoming and knowledgeable. If you want someone who cares about your health and needs, this is where you need to be!

This office is the best! They treat people like VIP's. Dr. Downing is a perfectionist, but that's good when it comes to your health! I know several families that go to Pleasant Run Dental, and all of them have nothing but great experiences. Heck, I was shocked to hear I didn't need any treatment! I would never go anywhere else. Other practices I've been to don't even compare.

I also posted this through a friend's email, I don't want him searching me out and refusing to give my new dentist my records.
