Went for a new patient appointment this week with a very anxious 10 year old. Miss Nicole was extremely patient and caring. She stayed completely calm and did what she could to build a rapport, but did not get offended when he didn't engage. She even requested we have her next time. I appreciated her care so much. Dr. Stephanie is wonderful as well! Thank you!

Sharon is amazing! She cleaned my 3.5 year old's teeth this morning and was so patient. She explained what was happening every step of the way, and my daughter stayed calm and cooperative. Dr. Kaitlyn was also excellent. We have been with the practice for a while and have always been happy (first Jackson Pediatric Dentistry, then Pleasant Mill). Our experience with Sharon today was so excellent that I had to leave a review.

The employees at this place were truly meant for this job! Never have I witnessed such a truly kind, gentle, & patient group of people at a pediatric practice! The way they interact with the kids is truly magical and creates a truly worry-free experience for the kids. A++++ from us!

The billing lady need to do their work to give customer correct information! She is lack of knowledge and need to learn! The hygienist is apathetic for the whole process and really rude! looks customer own her money, never seen such kind of lady before! The doctor explained one thing and when do the treatment plan it's another case! So frustrated! Have such bad experience with them, DO NOT WANT COME BACK AGAIN!! They need train the billing lady to be responsible and the hygienist be nice!!

My 2 year old just had his first dental visit today. This place is so great! Everyone was kind and patient and went out of their way to make going to the dentist a good experience for my son. Courtney and Dr. Katie were wonderful with him. He's already asking to go back - success!

I just can't say enough good things about Pleasant Mill. My daughter has been a patient of Dr Stephanie's for years and has dealt with some MAJOR anxiety while she is in the chair. The hygienists have gone above and beyond at every single visit to help her work through those anxieties and feel comfortable. To watch them handle her with such care, and get her to the point where she was joking and laughing with Miss Emily during her cleaning today has done this mama's heart a world of good <3! Love Pleasant Mill so much!

My son who is very scared of the dentist and had previous experiences that made it even worse UNTIL we found Jackson Pediatric Dentistry! They were so kind, patient and caring. They answered all of my son's questions and took steps to ease his anxiety. We had a wonderful experience!

So happy to find an all around great dental office! Their sanitation methods made me feel super safe even during a pandemic. Everyone was so nice and they were really focused on the comfort of the children and preparing them for the next steps that may make them nervous. Definitely recommend them!

We have brought both our kids here. It has always been a great experience for us. The staff is amazing and wonderful with the kids. They are usually busy so there is sometimes a wait, but the service out weighs the wait time. Would recommend!

The staff and today's hygienist, Heather, has always been and was today very patient with my daughter and helped make her feel comfortable. Dr. Stephanie always does a great job of educating me as a parent what is being looked at and recommendations.

Awesome first visit! Everyone from the front desk to the doctor was friendly. The staff is patient with explaining/answering questions and very good with children. I definitely recommend them!
