I highly recommend Pleasant Dental nears Sams Club in Roseville. Since last 10 years, after my divorce I moved from So-Cal to Lincoln, after a friend of mine recommended this office, my 3 generations (my parents, me and my kids) are visiting this dental office. Very good doctor and friendly staff. They have been helpful even in emergencies. On Sunday night when my kid had emergency, I called Doctor and he gathered the staff who was almost going to bed and rushed to the clinic. You will love them.

I broke my jaw in June & when they wired my jaw shut they left the tooth which became infected & needed removal, which doctor Jawale mentioned right away and did not hesitate to make an appointment for two days after per my request, as I'm epileptic I wanted to have someone drive me back to town. Very helpful and an amazing staff <3 thank you Pleasant Dental

Horrible horrible horrible service! I would rate 0 if I could! I came for my mom since she didn't speak English. I was clueless and didn't know they were on lunch break since our appointment was at 2. Some girl answers the phone when I called to ask, basically yelled at me for pulling on the door and slammed the phone shut before I could ask if we could get the paperwork since we're first time customers. They didn't even do the clean job properly. The entire appointment was literally 10 minutes long. The only thing they told us was that she needed 2 crowns off the bat, then sprayed some water in her mouth and sent us off? Never ever coming back. Don't go here. It's NOT WORTH IT! I would say it's a scam if I didn't know any better!

Zero stars! Highly unprofessional, ill-mannered, even abusive. Staff stated "why do you even want to come here?" And "I will not apologize for being rude" I cannot even believe the level of disrespect from this dental office. I highly recommend to find a different office, your service will be appreciated elsewhere :)

The Dr/Dentist is very nice and caring. Even his staff are very kind. The woman here made me feel comfortable. I had to have 5 teeth pulled and The Dr made sure I was okay. He kept asking if I was OK and the girl that was helping him did a good job making me feel comfortable. I have bad anxiety but I felt good knowing that they cared. I wish I could remember all the girls names cause they are just very nice. I had a good experience! Thank you pleasant Dental.

They never answer the phone or return your calls , I've called in last month. I've tried to reschedule appointment, never call me back, maybe I should pull up and say something but not going to waist my time . Don't waste your time with them completely unprofessional. The staff isn't very friendly either .

I just want to say I've had nothing but great experiences with this dental practice the staff has been very professional the Dentist has angel hands I never feel the shot and they are very gentle I would recommend to my family and friends

If I could give 0 stars I would! Pleasant Dental was not so "pleasant". The dentist was very unprofessional and actually YELLED at my mom because she complained that the dentures he made for her were not fitting properly. He wouldn't even consider fixing or adjusting them in any way and told her that she needs to wear them for a while so her mouth can adjust to them. When I told her that I would go back with her to talk to him, she refused as she was too afraid to go back to get them fixed because of his RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL behavior towards her. She doesn't want to get yelled at again. But she cannot even wear them or chew with them and has to wear her old ones (which have holes in them) because she cannot afford to get these replaced by another dentist. I would NOT RECOMMEND him or this dental office and would advise you to save your money and time and go elsewhere--where the dentist does not disrespect his patients, but listens to them and cares more for their comfort than his own pride.

Dentist is not that good. Found out elsewhere half my teeth could have been saved. This place is out to rob you. Updated above. Hygienist and other assistance is good. Young brunette at counter is excellent. But the dirty blonde is horrid and does not know how to communicate. She lied to us and cancelled appointments without our knowledge. She lied in her notes and ruined my experience eith pleasant dental. Now I'm basically toothless and having to find a new dentist due to her ignorance and lack of skills towards patients. Ps I did find the perfect dentist. And do regret coming to this place.
