Dr. Albaghdadi graduated from Boston University in 1998 with his DMD degree. He received his Bachelorette of Dental Surgery, BDS in 1989. He received his postgraduate diploma in Endodontics PGD in 1993. Dr. Albaghdadi constantly stays up to date with the latest dental treatments and procedures through academic and continuing education. He became an AGD MASTER because his commitment to continuing education goes far beyond his licensing requirements. Dr. Albaghdadi is also a diplomate of the American Academy of Implant dentistry.
Shelly has been practicing dental hygiene in a general practice for over 18 years. She continued her dental education by becoming certified in local anesthetics. She enjoys working at Pleasant Dental with Dr. Albaghdadi, as she appreciates his dedication to his patients and his exceptional dental work.
As the practice's primary dental assistant, Ana loves working with Dr. Albaghdadi at Pleasant Dental to help give patients the smile they deserve. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons outside of the office.

Absolutely love my dentist! They do a fabulous job every time, always squeezing me in if there is an emergency. I really feel like they care at this office. Haven't had anyone else take care of my teeth in the last 15 years and don't plan on going anywhere but here for my dental needs.

I really like this dental clinic. They're super polite and friendly. I appreciate the help that I always get from the front desk. She's always doing her best to make sure that we, the patients, are not over paying. The doctor is funny and he's great at what he does. Quick and efficient with his procedures. I also like his assistants as well. Everyone there is great and they make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend.

They do a fabulous job here! The shots are painless and they get you in and out quickly! The receptionist is friendly and even though you can tell they are very busy she makes it seem effortless. I highly recommend!

My experience at Pleasant Dental was very unprofessional. I only visited the facility a couple of times, but both times were unpleasantant, not "Pleasant" at all. The doctor was very RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, INPATIENT, INCONSIDERATE, DISMISSIVE, and most of all FORGETFUL. My 1st vist, we discussed my concerns and tentative treatment plans(He never noted it). He also fixed my chipped tooth, in which 4 days later , the bonding chipped again. My 2nd and FINAL VISIT, I was going to get it fixed again, in which I was told at the previous visit that he had implemented a pin in my tooth so that the bonding would stay longer(I've had bonding before that lasted 10 years), but I'm now being told bonding last 2 years max. Long story short, the doctor was very confrontational and rude. I was very calm, but assertive as I reiterated everything that doctor and I discussed previously that he had now become oblivious to. Ultimately, I never received my cavity fillings. I instead was "told to come back in 6 months". I wish I would! I also forgot to say thank you to the assistant helping him(she also was very uncomfortable), who knew that the doctor was being very mean, rude, and unprofessional to me for no reason as she stated " he act like that sometimes" Well it is totally unacceptable!

Dr. Albaghdadi and his entire staff are terrific. I have had cavities, crowns & teeth pulled all done professionally and with no pain. All services & expenses throughly explained. Appointments are right on time. Dr. Albaghdadi is by far the best dentist I have been to, highly recommend.

Poor customer service from the support staff. I am extremely dis-satisfied with the billing/billing department. Dr. Albaghdadi is an exceptional professional and there is nobody better in the State in my opinion however, billing is extremely suspect. No attempt has been made to make corrections or work with the customer so that monies can be accurately and fully billed. On a number of occasions discussions with the office staff as to correct billing procedures have gone unanswered and ignored. The poor customer service is costing pleasant Dental, Dr. Albaghdadi and the customer money. Multiple billings have gone unpaid from the Insurance Company and the responsible billing staff continues to drag their feet to re-bill certain past statements correctly. Customer will be happy to work with staff to reconcile all monies that are legitimately owed but Dr. Adil will have to get involved.

Great place for your dental needs. My daughter has special needs and it's hard finding someone she is comfortable with. This place is awesome with her. Very patient, kind, and understanding. Never a long wait to be seen. Typically in your seat within 15 minutes upon arriving. Always clean, the staff are fabulous...from the receptionist...to the dental hygienist...to the Dr....wonderful group of people. If you are shopping around for a great, and reasonable place to go for your dental needs....welcome...you have found it!!

I have had a good fortune of having Dr. Albaghdadi as my dentist at Clinton Township, MI for a long time now. I trust his work and advice completely and all of his work has been outstanding. I highly recommend his office!

If are lucky enough to make it past thee Uneducated receptionist who is incapable of answering simple questions, then you in for a Wonderful Experience!!! It's a Shame that after over 15 years of being seen by such a Wonderful dentist and staff that I have to leave such a poor rating!! But the fact that they continue to employ such a rude and just down right "Ghetto" person is extremely unprofessional!!! So with that being said, Good Luck

Called today @ 9:45 AM. I have a painful broken tooth that is slicing up my mouth and too get. I tried to as about appointments but the female that answered the phone was RUDE AS HELL. Cut me off "ARE YOU A PATIENT HERE!!!!" No. And now I never will be.

I wish I could give this RUDE unprofessional office a negative zero!!!!!! both my Husband and Daughter had a terrible experience with the unpleasant man who calls himself a dentist!!!!! You need to treat your patients with some respect!!! The biggest mistake I made was making an appointment with this jerk!!!!!!!
