Dr. Arun has been setting the highest standards of excellence in orthodontics through his commitment to academics and clinic practice of dentistry over the years. Dr. Arun hails from India and he earned a degree in Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Ragas Dental College, Chennai, India. He excelled in his class and won several awards while in dental school. Upon moving to the United States, Dr. Arun received his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree with distinction from Medical College of Georgia (now known as Augusta University) in Augusta, GA. To further his education and knowledge, he graduated with high honors from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine with a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. He also completed a specialized post-graduate certification in orthodontics as well as earned a Master of Science (MSD) degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry.
Dr. Arun feels it is important to stay on the cutting-edge of orthodontics in order to offer the most advanced treatments. Thus, he maintains memberships in many prestigious professional organizations to keep up-to-date on the latest techniques and technology. He is currently a member of the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO) and Midwestern Society of Orthodontists (MSO). Dr. Arun embraces life-long learning by attending meetings and continuing education courses in orthodontics and dentistry at both national and international levels.
Dr. Arun enjoys giving back to the local community by participating with Smiles Changes Lives, a non-profit organization that helps children and their families who cannot afford the full cost of braces. For Halloween 2017, he organized a Candy Buy-Back program which benefitted Operation Gratitude, a non-profit organization that sends candies and other non-perishable snacks to U.S. troops, first responders, veterans, military families, and wounded heroes and their caregivers.
In his spare time, Dr. Arun enjoys reading books of all genres, traveling and spending time with family and friends. He has great interest in electronic gadgets and is very excited to keep his office and himself up to date with technology. Dr. Arun is married to Aarti Arun, dental hygienist and blessed with two boys - Tejas 11 and Shreyas, 4.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Jenny at the front is great and always makes us feel welcome. My son was really excited yet nervous to get his braces on, but the whole team , from the time we walked in the door. to the time we were leaving, he was smiling the entire time....and so was our family! The staff and service has been exceptional. Jenny is always so upbeat and friendly . I like how they let you make payments as you go along and get you in the best they can when you need them. I would recommend them to anyone needing braces. They know their stuff.
