Yesterday in a little over an hour I had a full set of x-rays, gums assessed, tooth extracted, and cleaning appt scheduled. I have been going to Plaza Dental for years because of this level of professionalism, expertise, and customer service. Dr. Bergstein and his assistants are second to none. I totally trust his advice and attention to detail. I have a comfortable, well-informed experience every time I am at Plaza Dental. I highly recommend the staff and services.

I just went in to make an appointment and couldn't find anyone. After 5 minutes I called their number but no one picked up. I'm guessing someone left on their break or something, but they left the front door unlocked and both front desk computers unlocked and accessible. I walked around almost the entire facility looking for someone too. I'm sure the dental care is fine, but there should be a bit more security when medical and financial data is involved.

I genuinely look forward to my visits with Lisa and Dr. B. They are such lovely people and professionals and I know my teeth are in the best care because of them! This office has created such a positive culture, so as a patient I feel I can ask questions and get a lot of valuable information. Hands down the best dentist in the metro!

Dr B is an honest, trustworthy dentist and he will take care of you. His staff is always so friendly and kind. This is who you go to when you have been everywhere else or you need a 2nd opinion. I would recommend this office 10 times over!

My experience with Dr. Bergstein was very pleasant. Everything about the visit was great! From the making of my appointment, my arrival, and the procedure. I will definitely be making Plaza Dental my new dental clinic. The receptionist was very nice and helpful, his assistant Kerry was the best! She really made me feel comfortable. Dr. Bergstein was very kind and gentle with procedure, and I was getting a tooth extraction! Thank you to everyone! I can not find anything bad to say.I could go on with the awesome praise.

As someone new to the state finding a new dentist is typically not an easy/fun process. I cant thank Jenelle enough for being so kind through out the process and even securing me an earlier appointment when a cancelation became available. Everyone at this office makes you feel right at home and very comfortable, this is extremely comforting when its your first visit. Dr. Bergstein was amazing, extremely friendly and very kind. He walked me through what he saw as well as what I can improve on when assessing my teeth. Then to top it all off Lisa cleaned my teeth and was extremely kind and knowledgeable. She listening to my concerns and cleaning habits, she was able to offer me a ton of great suggestions on things to do in order to help improve my current cleaning process. Then to top it all off I left with a small goody bag of samples Lisa suggested for me to try. I can not thank you enough for making my first visit so easy and pleasant! Thanks, -Austin S.

I had the expected stress level, when one is staring down having a crown placed. This team was great! I felt well taken care of by everyone on the team! highly recommend!

I made an appointment for a normal check up and cleaning over the phone. When I made the appointment, I asked if they accepted my specific insurance (as I knew some clinics did not) and was assured that it was fine. When the clinic called to confirm my appointment, I once again asked if they could make sure they took my insurance; again they said it would work. When I checked in for my appointment and handed over my insurance card. I asked for a THIRD time. As you may have guessed, they told me that the insurance was not an issue. Keep in mind I was not getting any abnormal services performed. I was quite shocked when I got a bill in the mail a few weeks later. When I called to address this I was told there was nothing they could do. I called my insurance company and they said that the clinic had submitted my bill in two parts which caused me to get billed. This was very clearly a mistake on the clinic's part but they have not taken any responsibility for it. Although the staff seemed nice in person, I cannot help but feel cheated--I will not be returning and would not recommend them. I work in a similar field and have to deal with insurance on a regular basis. The staff should know which insurance is in-network and which is not. If my insurance website directs me to a clinic and that clinic confirms THREE times that my insurance will work, I expect that to be true.

Had a great first experience at Plaza Dental. My hygienist, Theresa, was great and had a great touch. She had nothing but great things to say about the company and Dr. Bergstein was very nice as well. If all continues to go well, I hopefully won't need to have any major dental work, but if I do, I will trust him to do a great job.

Had a great first experience at Plaza Dental. My hygienist, Theresa, was great and had a great touch.
