**this is regarding their customer service and not their actual staff members or skills** *I did not get my teeth serviced* I confirmed my appointment and sent all my insurance information in an email with them, about 2 months in advance. They told me they accepted my insurance and that I'm good to go. I show up to my appointment, and then they tell me that my certain insurance (blue cross blue shield) is difficult to get a hold of, and so they asked me to pay upfront and then get reimbursed later. This info would've been GREAT to get in the email, before I came to my appointment. If you're with bluecross blue shield, be aware that this will probably be your situation. I ended up not registering as a new patient and taking my business elsewhere.

I have been going to Dr. Kang for my dental implant treatments for several years. I am happy with his implant work, the implants fit well, and I have not had any problems. He specializes in implant and prosthodontics. His office is equipped with the latest CT scan and digital equipment. My family also goes to him for the implant work. I have recommended him to my friends who I understand are happy with his work. I highly recommend him when it comes to dental implants.

The staffs are beyond wonderful and professional and they really listened to what your complaint, concerns and what you want. They made me feel very comfortable. I will refer any of my friends who would be getting dental implants to come here!

As a dental laboratory technician myself, I can be picky picking the right dentist office for me. However, when I went to PDIC, I felt like I was in the right place. Dr.Kang goes beyond the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with everything and the staff is so caring. His proficiency is so extremely useful with the type of work that I'm having done. Also, what I really loved about this office is that Dr. Kang has his own dental lab and laboratory technicians. They're wonderful! Seriously, there is nowhere else I would go.

I've been seeing Dr. Kang and the team at PDIC for over 16 years. The team delivers the best quality of care and just as important, they really care about you as a person, not just a patient. I have had complicated and extensive surgery and procedures which create much anxiety. The entire team understands and supports you throughout and beyond the process, and really listens to your concerns. Whether you need a great hygienist or you are facing surgery, you can trust the team at Plaza Dental Implant Center. I highly recommend PDIC!

Customer Service: 2/5 - Depending on the individual you are speaking to in person/via phone you'll get very different experience over phone/in person. Emily has been great, but the rest of the team is hot/cold. Docking points here because I've had multiple interactions where staff have been rude because they are busy. Bedside Manner & Procedure: 2/5 - First impression, I felt Dr. Kang as very capable and friendly. However, through the multiple procedures I felt like my concerns were not heard, and Dr. Kang wasn't thorough in providing information upfront of each procedure. - Felt like we were tackling concerns after decisions during procedure were already made. Which is scary for first time implants. - Ultimately finished getting two implants with no major health complications (just a lot of pain), but very unsatisfied with the results which are unfortunately visible when I smile. tl;dr - Will be going to a new dentist to get it fixed.

Dr. Kang and the staff at Plaza Dental have provided excellent dental care to our family for years. Among us we have had a number of implants and other routine dental procedures and all have been good experiences. Dr. Kang seems to keep on top of the lasted dental technologies and the office is clean and modern. We have recently moved to Virginia but we travel back to NJ to get treatment for some recent dental issues. It is rare to find a dental office that we can have such confidence in.

I worked as a dental technician for 40 years and retired several years ago. My job was about clearing all the mess that dentists created in their patients. Obviously I did not trust any dentists easily until I met Dr. Kang. His specialty knowledge and all the technologies that I have never seen made me very humble. My whole jaw was reconstructed with implants and it was a life changing experience. It was all computer planned and computer guided surgery. As a dental technician, I can tell you with absolute confidence that laboratory work determines the quality of any dental treatment. I had a luxury of visiting Dr. Kang's laboratory and I was deeply impressed by technological advancement. There were 10 highly skilled technicians who just work with computers and milling machines. It was very different dental laboratory from where I worked my entire life. His dental office looks ordinary but staffs working behind the curtain are magnificent. The implant bridge I got was simply a masterpiece. I believe Dr. Kang is the best and I don't think there are any contenders who are even close to him.

I have been treated by Dr. Jonathan Kang since 2006. I had several implants placed in the front incisor area in 2006 and they are all fine as of 2020. I came back to Dr. Kang for an implant on the lower molar area. His vast training and experiences, amazing digital technologies that he employed, friendly and professional staffs and his own laboratory made this treatment so easy and perfect. Surgery was painless and the implant crown was life-like. I asked him if I have any precautions about using this crown and he said not to worry and just use of it and enjoy it. I really liked his response. I trust Dr. Kang to be the best dentist and implant specialist in town & Tri States & more in the Whole Eastern States of USA . I am so grateful of Dr Kang in my Life of Teeth

I had very bad teeth and lost all of them 15 years ago. I was treated with implants by Dr. Jonathan Kang about 15 years ago. Fortunately, I still do not have any problem with my implant teeth. I can see some wear and tear but they feel fine. At the age of 70, I have a lot of friends who underwent implant treatment and experienced problems. I was so lucky to have Dr. Kang and my teeth are in the best condition ever. Thank you Dr. Kang.

I was so very pleased with the work done by Dr Kang on my 7 implants. It was a long journey but he walked me through it with patience, a calming attitude and gentle approach. It was virtually painless. He is very knowledgeable, skilled, and meticulous. The office is spotless and he uses state of the art equipment. He even has his own lab on the premises.The staff were wonderful being professional, caring and friendly. I'm so proud of my new smile, and you will be too. He's really the best and I highly recommend his services.

I lost all my teeth due to gum disease and have been using dentures. I had so much trouble using dentures, especially on the lower. I went to Dr. Kang and I had 8 implants placed. The surgery went well. When all the treatment was done and the lower bridge was inserted in my mouth. I threw away the lower denture. My teeth feels perfect. It looks very natural and comfortable. Unlike the denture, it is solid and stable. Now, I am seriously considering having implant treatment on the upper. Dr. Kang and his staffs are very kind, courteous, and professional. I have some friends who suffer from implant failure. I am referring all of them to Dr. Kang to take care of them. He is the best!

Dr. Jonathan Kang and his staff are exemplary. I did some research on dental implants and visited several local doctors. Dr. Kang was by far the best choice. His technical knowledge, experience, and passion around his craft is very impressive and what made my decision easy. I had a left sinus elevation surgery and 5 implant surgeries. He makes you feel very comfortable with the process and explains it in great detail which I very much appreciated. I am so glad I made this decision to go with implants with Dr. Kang. Not only has my eating improved and much more enjoyable, but my smile is amazing and I'm gaining more self-confidence daily. I would highly recommend Dr. Kang for implants, appliances, or any general dentistry. A perfectionist that you will truly appreciate. Top notch customer service!

Dr. Jonathan Kang has done all of my dental work (implants, bridges, & crowns) for the last 10+ years, and I could not be happier with the outcome. He & his team are the best that I could ever imagine or hope for. If you need dental/restoration, He is the man to do it.

I have been to numerous dentist offices and this place comes second to none. It has been a fantastic experience from the start. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and they really make the experience that can be scary at times, comforting. They had the most advanced equipments that I've seen around and I've been absolutely satisfied with all their work from implants, extractions, to scalings. This is a place you can trust, I highly recommend it.

When I lost 4 front teeth from an accident in 2012, my life became really miserable. To make matters worse, I lost so much bone as well. Dr. Kang did successful bone regeneration surgery and implant treatment. It took almost a year to restore my natural smile and it was not easy. However, I was so glad after everything was done. He is a wonderful person and a great dentist. I had a CT scan done recently to have another implant and Dr. Kang told me my front implants and the bridge is in perfect condition. I am so glad to have him as my dentist. I would highly recommend him for all implant needs. I referred him to a lot of people for implant treatment and each time, they were all glad to have treatment by Dr. Kang. He provides the best quality treatment while maintaining a very reasonable fee. I think he is able to make it affordable because he also operates the state of the art dental lab.
