I will regret coming here for the rest of my life. They drilled most of my healthy teeth, wearing them off really small-now my bite is ruined. They did this just to make more money from the insurance. Please look somewhere else if you don't want them to leave you without teeth.

The staff is incredibly disrespectful. Saying mean things about the patient's teeth as if they don't work at a place which is supposed to help you repair them. Maybe try hiring a less miserable staff. Stay away if you can.

Worse place ever receptionist hardly knew English didn't even know what she was doing she said my insurance didn't cover me but when I called my insurance they said there was no problem and I was 100 % covered smh they need to close this place down or invest in it or something it's dirty and old and run down flies everywhere i just walked out with tooth pain and everything made an appointment at castle hill dental

This is a shame as a dental assistant I went there to get treated and leave my resume (have to check where I want to work first). Had an appointment at 10am it is exactly 1:51 pm as I'm writing this review, I haven't been seen nor updated. The only time they said something was when I was about to take my money back and leave.

This place is a scam and love to waste your time plus roaches be crawling around while you wait for almost 2 hours just for them to tell you they don't take you're insurance and wanna press you to pay more then 500$ with only zelle/venmo scam scam scam. Close this place down!!

I had a horrible experience in this facility. I came for a dental emergency, waited for about 2.5 hours. The dentist advised my tooth was stable and wouldn't fall out, and hour later: the tooth fell out. I had to find another dentist and pay out of pocket. I also called multiple times with no answer! They never answer their phone and they charged my insurance for fixing my tooth that he didn't fix !

This place is not professional at all i went in there today 7/29/21 approximately time was 12pm i got there a little bit early, next thing i noticed it was 2pm nobody has called me name yet nor seen me then the dentist started walking out for their lunch break. I told the receptionist ive been sitting here for hours she told me to leave and come back n 30mins and theirs 2 people infront of me still. I was upset so she told me speak to the lead dental receptionist( old white guy grey bolding hair) he told me maybe you should go to another dentist then smh i dont know who they think they are but i left and i will find another dentist Office. This place is unprofessional

I had a great experience when I came in. Only thing is I broken a tooth and you guys aren't open and it's a crisis. I can't go to any other dentists because of the procedure this dentist has done
