Meet Dr. Sean and Dr. Sepi, your Vallejo dentists, Khashayar Khomejany, DDS (Dr. Sean), and Sepideh Khomjani, DDS (Dr. Sepi). We have been married for over 30 years and have two sons together. Prior to acquiring our dental degrees, we received our first doctorate degrees in medicine in 1997. We also spent several years in the academic field, teaching at different universities and participating in many medical research programs. Our deep desire to provide care drew us back to be full-time health care providers. We chose to become dentists because we enjoy the art of dentistry while building long-term relationships with our patients as our expanded family. We attended the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco. We graduated in 2008 and received our second degrees as Doctors of Dental Surgery. We love what we do and take pride in being part of our patients paths towards long-term health, confidence and success. In our free time, we enjoy hiking, fishing, biking and swimming.

I went in for a teeth cleaning and Kelly was very gentle with my teeth cleaning as I have sensitive teeth and gums. She was very thorough and explained step by step what she was doing to make me more comfortable. It was a very positive experience.

Going to the dentist is something most people dread. I don't look forward to some of my appointments. But, as soon as I speak with my technician and then my dentist goes over the what, why and how, I have that peace of mind. The time is well spent and not much pain after I'm done. Good experience.

Dr Sepi and staff are usual great and service. However, today was different in that I felt discomfort today, but as usual their great team took care off me. My appreciation to them is little to what they do for their patients. Thanks.

Dr. Sepi was amazing!! The staff Mina and Catherine were also so sweet and nice. Dr. Sepi calmed me down and was very compassionate. I need a lot of work. She definitely helped me take a step towards trusting dentist again. Thank you!! I'll be sending friends and family to you.

Absolutely wonderful! From the receptionist, to the hygienist, doctor and other staff, it was a very pleasant experience, and those are words not usually associated with a dental visit. I highly recommend this group of professionals. Job well done!

UPDATED REVIEW: I'm updating my review from 5 years ago. I rarely write reviews but for Dr Sean and Plaza dental I have to give this update. I had a crown at plaza dental around 2 years ago and it came out of my tooth while brushing last week. I called Plaza dental office and they made an emergency appointment immediately, worked on my tooth for around 3 hours with adding new crown. When the work finished and I wanted to pay for their effort, guess what ... they said... "it's all good, you dont have to pay" ... I was like "seriously?? These people are amazing. I'll give them 10 star hands down. * * * * * * * * * * I've known Dr Sean and his crew for many years. If you are his patient the first thing and truly last thing you should be aware is that they'll 100% take good care of you. His and his teams expertise and honesty is excellent and their office is equipped with latest dental devices and technology. Try to take good care of your teeth but if you don't ( like me ;) ), nothing to be worried about. They are always there for you with their welcome and happy smiles. I'll 100% recommend their service.

I'm very happy to have found this dental office , the staff are very nice and sincere, the place is really clean Mina is very kind and assistance to the patient is superb. And the dentist is very gentle and very knowledgeable she is very nice and honest. I really would recommend this dental office to all dental patients that wants to be treated well. Great staff, and are all professional.

Seriously the kindest and most gentle dentist I've ever seen! I had a crown break and needed to see someone right away, and I called and they got me in same-day, referred me out for additional work that I needed first, and welcomed me back for the crown replacement. Everyone from the front desk staff to the dental assistants and the dentists are super friendly and accommodating. Dr. Sepi and her assistant (I think her name is Nina) worked like a dream team on me, listened to my needs, and made sure I was totally comfortable even though I'm usually pretty anxious about dental work. The office is comfortable, clean, and pleasant. I really appreciate the whole team and I highly recommend their services!

An awesome team can be found here at Plaza Dental Care. I'm not usually relaxed in a medical setting, especially a dental setting,but here I feel calm.. Every step of the process is explained to me before it happens and after a procedure us completed, I'm shown the work that has been executed. The soft music playing is amazing as well and I'm hearing songs I haven't heard in a while during treatment. I never thought I would hear a Backstreet Boys song in a dentist's office but it was pleasant just the same. I'm so happy I found this office that is right in my hometown, a jewel in Vallejo!
