Dr. Jackson and his staff were AMAZING! My child had a horrible experience at a previous dentist and it has been very difficult getting her to go. Dr. Jackson and his staff made her feel comfortable and it was a wonderful experience!

We absolutely love Dr. Jackson and his staff! They do a wonderful job at making the kids feel at ease during their appointments! My kids enjoy going every 6 months for cleanings (even my youngest who is very reserved). We definitely recommend them to our friends!

I loved the care and effort made by the team to ensure my child was comfortable and aware of what was happening. They did a great job explaining to my son what was going on (this was his first time at the dentist due to an ongoing fear). They more than alleviated any worries that he or myself had.

All of the staff were so pleasant, and welcoming to me and my family. My 2 year old and 3 year old were very excited to have their teeth cleaned for the first time. Ms. Rachel and Ms. Michelle were fantastic with making my girls feel comfortable. I really loved the no cavity club picture taken at the end. So adorable. Thank you again Dr. Jackson for having such a friendly, fun & amazing team. We can't wait to return! :)

I went in for a cleaning today. Michelle did an amazing job she is very gentle. Dr. Jackson came in to do an exam he was very thorough. I really liked how he gave me options for treatment. Other dentist have just told me what I needed and that was it do it or not. Dr.Jackson and his staff are amazing!!

My daughter has been going to Playtime Dental for several years, would never go anywhere else!! The staff is attentive and caring. Dr. Jackson is an amazing dentist and orthodontist. Strongly recommend!!

Also...I live 51 miles away in a town that has 270000000 places to go on every corner but nope...Jackson @ Playtime Dental Richland County is what you need. Period. Get it done the right, honest way. Old school with cutting edge tech. Enough said. The staff is beyond great as well.

Brought my two daughters today (and have my son scheduled for next week). Everything was wonderful. Staff was great!!! I am so happy we found a place that my kids are happy with!

The dentist and hygienists are lovely. They are great with my small children and our wait time in the office is usually pretty short. However, there is an exorbitant amount of pre-appointment paperwork (now digital) to fill out for EVERY appointment. Every other doctor just asks when we come in if anything has changed, but this office needs ALL the information filled out again EVERY TIME we have an appointment. And I have two kids, so double it. Add to that that I had to fill out a "child's name" and "Parent's name" question at least four times and it just starts to feel ridiculously redundant with no regard for my time. Additionally, they require that you show up 30+ minutes before the appointment and then wait in the car. Even the pediatrician lets us in the waiting room now, and trying to corral small children in the car for 30+ minutes is very difficult. And I get it that some people are extra cautious about covid, but the receptionists, who are not behind plastic, don't even wear masks. Everyone in "close contact" with the kids did, but we were definitely within 6 feet of the receptionists, so the wait in the car just felt like it was mostly because they didn't want to deal with us inside. To top it off, I had to cancel appointments in July because I was having emergency surgery the day before the appointments. I called them from the ER to reschedule, and they said it wouldn't "count against us" because I couldn't have prevented or planned for emergency surgery, but I was charged $100 dollars for broken appointments today. This was our last visit to Playtime.

I 100% do not recommend this place. I have had NOTHING but issues. From the insurance issues to the actual care itself. We've changed insurance several times to stay in network with them and they keep dropping them all and it's been a huge hassle. They also didn't catch my sons cavities and it turned into a major tooth procedure. Not shocked at all, they want as much money as possible! They just continuously want to put him under anesthesia. Which made me very uncomfortable. My son has been in tooth pain for months and we made an appointment in advance to get everything taken care of and they were beyond rude. I'd rather travel hours for better care for my son than ever go here again. Absolutely ridiculous. This has been going on for years.

Such an amazing practice! The hygienist went above and beyond to explain everything to my 4 year old who was super nervous. Dr. Jackson was very thorough and so kind speaking to me and my boys. So glad we chose Playtime Dental!

They are always so friendly and great with kids. My daughter has been going for about 4 years there and my son just started going there. Hygienists are always including the kids in the treatment and make it fun. Dr. Cockley is always friendly quick and efficient. He takes the time to sit and talk about treatment plans or questions/concerns!

We love playtime dental. Dr. Jackson is amazing, the assistants and hygienists are amazing, my kids are comfortable and enjoy going, the office is clean, we feel genuinely appreciated and taken care of as clients. Very highly recommend!!

We have been to Playtime dental every 6 months for 3 visits and we have been pleased each visit. We have 3 children and they accommodate all three the same day and in a reasonable time frame, they even got one in early today! Everyone has been very polite and professional. They have answered all my questions and taken time to discuss my concerns.

My daughter is very reluctant to any doctor office type setting. This was her first ever visit to a dentist and they were so welcoming, kind, and made her feel as comfortable and safe as possible. I plan to continue coming to this dentist office and highly recommend them to anyone with children!

We had a wonderful experience at Playtime Dental for our daughter's first check up. The staff has been extremely friendly and professional during all of our interactions. I was very impressed with how actually child friendly it was, even with covid restrictions, which I really appreciate. Brittany at the front desk was great. Hailey was so wonderful, explaining everything as she went and really took the time to get to know our daughter. Dr. Cockley was very nice, thorough and did a great job. We definitely recommend!

Dr. Jackson and his staff are excellent. I took both my kids in for extractions and my daughter was scared and Dr. Jackson was awesome at making her feel better, he talked to her and explained how everything worked and what was going to happen. His assistant Jocelyn was amazing as well. Thank you all for all your hard work and empathy. They both can't wait to go back for there next cleaning.
