The absolute worst pediatric dental office I've been to, by FAR. We are in the Air Force and fortunately know what to expect. I'm sad for the people of mountain home who don't know what good pediatric dentistry looks like. On our first appointment, the dentist could not confidently answer my questions and kept awkwardly quoting the ADA. Then after waiting a month for my son to get treatment for a painful cavity, i called to tell the office, as a courtesy, that I was in route, but would be 5-10 minutes late to the appointment because my tire lost air in the night and I had to stop and fill it. The girl was so rude and only said, "so you won't be here by 10:00?" and I replied "no" and she said "then you have to reschedule" *click*. I had waited all this time for an unqualified dentist, taken my son out of school, driven half way there, and then dismissed because Dr. ADA couldn't wait 5 minutes. And now my son has to start the whole process over. I will never step foot in that joke of a facility ever again. Make the drive to Boise. Your children deserve it, I promise

Last week we had an issue with an appointment for one of our children; I apologized for the issue at the time and called back to apologize later that day because the staff seemed excessively irritated. Yuri was short with me and spoke in a clipped tone; she didn't acknowledge my apology. I left the conversation feeling I had been nothing but a problem and we were not valued patients. We've never had an issue or a negative conversation in the past but over the last few months my wife and I have come to dread speaking with her and the scheduling staff. That evening I sent a message to Playhouse via their website asking for someone to please call us back so we could discuss what happened and why our exchanges just seem frustrating to the point that staff come across as curt and annoyed. If there was an unresolved issue, we certainly wanted to clear the air. It's been a week with no response; we called the office this morning and transferred our care. Whatever happened we clearly cannot fix it, and feel that it's reached a point where Yuri and staff feel justified expressing their frustration. We've been with Playhouse for five years so this is a heartbreaking situation for us and our children, but the stress of interacting with the front desk is too much. Care here is amazing, and used to be amazing across the board, but we can no longer recommend when calling the office is nothing but stress.

Best dental place ever for kids! Staff and Doctors make the place magical for them not to mention all the other things that put them at ease and make the whole experience not only comfortable but fun for them. First time I've ever seen a TV on the ceiling for the kids to watch while getting their teeth cleaned

Phenomenal ladies there! He didn't even know he got a shot for numbing, he was so distracted and they explained what they were doing in a fun way. He actually said it was fun lol. I do however wish they did more than one fix at a time, fewer appts =less money

Never in my life have we ever been treated so badly. The staff at playhouse dentistry have no understanding of kids or parents with kids what so ever. We were a few minutes late cause it took longer to get our daughter out of school and we were turned away. They literally kicked us out. They refused to even have us in the lobby in order to even try and reschedule. If your a parent you know how hard it is to get your kid out of school in the car and into the dentist office. You also know you sit there for at least 5-10 min waiting to be seen. We were just a few minutes late. This is unacceptable. I will never bring my kids back here again. I wish I could leave a no star rating.

My son busted his permanent front tooth in half at night and they got me right in when I called in the next morning. All the ladies were really nice, fast, and professional. I'm glad to have found a awesome place for the kiddos.

I get to see the staff weekly. What an awesome, friendly, outgoing team! When I see I have a transport for a student to Playhouse Dental it makes my day. When I leave I have a smile because of their professionalism and the way the students visit has gone. Fist bumps to the staff and thank you for the best service ever!!!
