Greetings from (perhaps) the happiest dental care office on earth! (Were not positive about the earth part, but we certainly are happy!) This may sound strange, but our teams primary goal is to have fun. We always strive to provide a cheerful environment, while offering the best dental care possible. To achieve these objectives, our dental care patients must be relaxed, comfortable and happy, too. Even one unhappy patient means an unhappy office, and we cant abide by that. Our offices motto is; Dentistry shouldnt be scary. Be nice, dont hurt anyone, dont make anyone uncomfortable and the patients will appreciate our service. We understand that receiving dental care is difficult for the great majority of patients because of fear, or the idea of a painful experience.
So, how do we turn the fearful into the cheerful, and thus achieve our goals? By carefully listening to your fears and desires. By applying a cherry-flavored gel to numb your gums, so injections, given slowly and gently, dont hurt. By offering conscious sedation (where Halcion, AKA Triazolam is used to make you relaxed and create amnesia so you probably wont remember), should you desire. By promising to instantly stop care when you tell us. In short, by each of us focusing all of our attention and effort on our patients well being and happiness. Our mission, in all, is to keep our patients smiling a happy, healthy smile.
I grew up in Columbus, Nebraska and attended Nebraska Wesleyan University for my undergraduate degree. I studied biology, chemistry and business, and played baseball for the Prairie Wolves. I earned my dental degree from Creighton University Dental School in May 2018.
I hope to develop relationships with my patients that can last a lifetime. My path to dentistry started when I would go to my family dentist in Columbus and see generations of families still coming to him from cities all across Nebraska after years of moving away. Getting to know patients while delivering a healthy smile people can be proud of has always been my goal. When Im not in the office I enjoy golfing, discovering new places to eat, spending time with my wife, Ali, and trying to keep up with my two nephews. I bleed Cornhusker red and have grown to be a classic Jaysker after spending four years attending Creighton basketball games. I look forward to practicing in Plattsmouth as Ive missed the people and atmosphere you get in a smaller community. I cant wait to meet the patients with a smile and a helping hand.
