In his spare time, Dr. Ahrens loves playing and watching sports, fishing, Husker football, and watching movies with his family. He believes in working hard to build relationships with patients and treating patients like his own family. Whether in his personal or professional life; hard work, honesty, and caring for others are qualities he values and tries to implement on a daily basis.

My experience at Platte Valley Dental was pleasant and professional. Kayla did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth and conversation with her as always was lovely. Kathy, the receptionist was so nice, as always, and Dr. Eric Ahrens gave me a thorough exam and needed prescriptions. I appreciate that everyone was on time and there was no waiting. Kayla was very thorough and pleasant to visit with! She did a great job with cleaning my teeth. Dr Ahrens was very thorough checking my teeth. Great check up!

My first visit and I was very impressed with the staff. Nicole did the cleaning and X-rays and she knows her craft. Excellent all the way around and Dr. Ahrens is very thorough. I'll be returning.

Had a great dentist visit at Platte Valley Dental Clinic today! Nicole was very thorough in explaining all of the steps during my exam and cleaning, and Dr. Ahrens couldn't be more friendly! I've always been anxious about going to the dentist, but the PVDC team all made my experience very positive and it helped me feel more comfortable.

Great staff all the way around from the dental hygienists, front desk and Dr. Ahrens. The dental staff always tells you what they are going to do so there are no surprises. Very friendly and caring.

I was able to see my long time dentist as he was in Kearney filling in for the I'm sure proud new father. It was a nice surprise. Staff seemed very nice for my first visit.
