Awful! Staff is horrible! No one knows what they are doing. They cancel appts all the time and all they want is your money .

Platt village dental has very caring staff. They are kind and understanding as well as very professional. Dr. Simonian, Dr soleiman, and Dr Gharakanian have each treated me and my kids - my sons had their wisdom teeth removed and don't do well with needles...they talked them through it with patience and kindness. This is a great office to make into your dental home!

Dr. Simonian is an excellent dentist. She takes her time and her bedside manner is phenomenal. I have been a patient of hers for many years and she always remembers things we have talked about from previous visits. I can tell she really listens. The front desk staff are warm and efficient as well. All around excellent experience!

My family(four of us) have trusted Dr. Simonian and Platt Village dental with our care for almost twenty years. I've a bad experiences with dentists who don't use cutting edge technologies unlike Dr. Simonian and her team. As my old fillings broke down, Dr. Simonian and her team have replaced them them with 3-D manufactured crowns that match my teeth exactly *on the same day.* They also use state of the art digital x-rays and other imaging. I have confidence in the entire team here; endodontics, hygenists and periodontists. They've always been upfront about cost and do their best to coordinate insurance and payment plans that often are interest free.

I have been going to Platt Village Dental for years. I have had dental anxiety and I have found the staff at Platt Village understanding and caring. They really care at this office! Dr. Khalili and Dr. Simonian as well as the staff were caring and understanding and PATIENT when I was struggling through a procedure due to my anxiety. The dentist, the staff, the specialists that work there are all caring and wonderful!

My wisdom tooth flared up out of nowhere leaving me with the worst pain I've ever felt. it's flared up before but not like this. My whole throat and face was in pain as if someone is pinching me as hard as they can. After spending the whole day seeing if anyone can book me for the next couple days. This place was the only one that told me come in now and we'll take care of it.. I went In. We switched my provider with my insurance since I had no referral. By the time I switched I was in already. This was a Friday afternoon and super busy as well.. I got in. Everyone was kind.. we went over what costs are with insurance. And they aligned perfectly fine with my policy. I was weary because of the reviews but decided even if they overcharge everywhere else will have me wait a month of me being in awful pain. Surgeon and his crew were super respectful and professional. Left with both my wisdom teeth gone. I don't think I'll stay with them as my main provider as it's far from my house. But the fact that they took me in same day when everyone else was a month out. Worked with my Insurance. And all the staff was knowledgeable. I can't give anything less then 5* I'm super grateful for them and they are the only reason I'm not sitting in pain for the next month. I literally called 20-30 other dentists. The healing post surgery is nothing compared to the pain I felt with my tooth in.. Again I have no long term experience with them. But they handled everything perfectly and took care of me last minute.

I had a great experience! Jose was an excellent hygienist named Jose. I have a strong gagging reflex, and he was very mindful of that. Highly recommend this office.

Very bad feeling from first entering and from lastly speaking to the Dentist Dr. Simonian. From first entering I made eye contact, which I would believe had been the Dr. at the desk. We stared at each other for a couple seconds and me being the customer there was no word from her. Weird. From there on the experience was alright, the assistant Stephanie I believe was a nice woman. However, when the Dr., which was Dr. Simonian came in, it was a very bad vibe. The vibe where you felt like you couldn't put your trust in the Dr. The way she interacted and spoke with me was with attitude and the kind of way of not caring. It felt like she hated her job and had the "What do you wan't?!" attitude. She didn't even want to explain things in detail such as the process needing to be done regarding my cavity situation. I don't know if her intention was to not make her customers think, but she used statements like cleaning around the tooth, instead of drilling. Cleaning and drilling in my opinion should be stated clearly and separate. Maybe she had a bad day, or maybe she didn't like my $$$insurance$$$, or maybe she has no customer service knowledge, but I am not putting my teeth in her hands. Good luck.

Me and the wife have been there at least 10 times and they always make you wait over an hour every time. Over booking customers. I understand that sometimes they could get behind but always is not acceptable and this last time I waited 2 hours after my appointment and I'm always on time

They will mess up your billing. I repeat THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR BILLING! The turn over is high and no one can explain the charges etc. it's a disaster of paperwork that they themselves can't even explain. But believe me they will send you to collections without out even giving you so much as a courtesy call. Just save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

This dental office has the nicest staff. From the front desk to the oral surgeon and everyone in between! I have major anxiety at the dentist and these peeps were all great! I had a Wisdom tooth and a Moler tooth pulled along with a bone graph. They sedated me at my request and before i knew it, they were taking me to my driver out side. In and out in 1hr and didn't feel a thing! Nova-cane is wearing off now so I am starting to feel some pain but they gave me meds and antibiotics. I will be using this dental office for all my dentals needs moving forward. Hats off to all the staff, thank you all very much!

In December 2020 Dr. Simonian told me I needed a crown. I went to the appointment. I have Costco Delta USA insurance. I knew that my insurance doesn't cover much but I was a bit taken aback when told the crown would be $1130.00. I was irritated but thought they must be right. Later after reading over the Delta schedule of benefits and also confirming my findings with Delta, I discovered that with my insurance the cost for me for a code 2740 porcelain/ceramic crown is supposed to be $575.00 with the added stipulation that if the dentist uses a brand name type of crown such as "CEREC", (which my dentist steered me into), that they could charge an additional amount not to exceed $325.00. That's a total of $900.00, I was charged $1130.00. After several attempts to speak with the dental office about the overcharge, no phone calls returned, I filed a grievance with Delta and was awarded the difference between 1130 and 900, $230.00. I was reading through other reviews here and have seen other instances of similar occurrences of over charging. Buyer beware.
