Dr. Platt graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery along with Cum Laude and Highest Production awards.He did his undergraduate work at the University of Texas at Tyler where he received a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Biology.
Dr. Platt is a certified First Dental Home provider as well as a certified Clear Correct, MTM and Invisalign provider.He has completed over200 hours of post graduate studies in orthodontics, 100+ hours of post graduate studies in dental implant placement and restoration as well as more than 25 hours of studies in Sleep disorders.
After growing up in West Texas, he & his wife, Michelle, have settled in the Tyler area where he has numerous family members.They enjoy a multitude of activities with their6 children.In his spare time, Freddy enjoys working out, football and playing video games with his children.
Lisa -is a Registered Dental Hygienist and the Platinum Dental office manager.She started working in dentistry in 1996, graduating from Tyler Junior College Dental Hygiene program in 1999. She has extensive experience in Periodontics and General Dentistry. Lisa loves working with all age groups and strives to help all her patients reach their full dental health potential.She and her husband Eric (both native Tylerites) enjoy spending time with their three children. They are members of Green Acres Baptist Church
Yajaira- is a Registered Dental Assistant for the Platinum Dental team.Shehas been in the dental field for aseveral years working with all age groups. Yajaira is fluent in Spanish.She does a wonderful job of taking care of our patients and making them feel at home while in the office.Her goal is to help all the patients feel comfortable and at ease while in our office. Yajiara, her husband andchildren enjoy many family activities together
America-is part of our front desk team joining the Platinum Dental teamrecently. America is a Tyler native who is fluent in Spanish.She greets every patient she sees with a smile and strives to help patients enjoy a healthy smile. Outside the office, America enjoys spending time with her family.
Brandy -is a Registered Dental Assistant that joined our team several years ago after completingthe Tyler Junior College Assisting Program. During this program she did an internship in several differnt dental practices including ours. She loves to help patients to be comfortable while in our office and through out their entire visit. Brandy has a welcoming smile for everyone she meets. In her spare time, Brandy enjoys time with her family.

My appointment was for 3:30 and I was in the office getting x-rays at 3:25! Dr Platt was in to see me to discuss a treatment plan as soon as the X-rays were completed. I came in with extreme pain and within 15 minutes he was explaining why I was having a problem and what we were going to do to eradicate what was causing the pain. I am most happy with Platinum Dental!

Very kid friendly and the staff there is so professional. The wait time wasn't long at all and everyone was smiling and joyful, liked they enjoy what they do. The dentist came in the room and was so energetic and devoted. They didn't force my kid to do anything they were very understanding, patient and informative. This is definitely his permanent dentist!!
