Dr. Jason Hodge grew up in Connecticut. He went to Weber State University, with a major in Chemistry and a minor in Biology. He then received an early acceptance to Temple University School of Dentistry and completed his doctorate degree in 1999.
The General Practice Residency program at the VA Hospital in Salt Lake was lucky to have his skilled hands ready to serve the people. During his time there he gained advanced training in all dental fields. His hard work has paid off and he works every day to help patients feel welcome and confident about the dental work he provides.
In May of 2003 he married his wife Nan and they have one daughter in 2005 who they call B-bomb. They think she is an amazing kid and the love of their life. His family lives in Park City and enjoy ski biking, fitness, dirt bikes, Harley Davidsons, and skateboarding.

Premier Dental office. The best and friendliest staff I have worked with in forever. Front office staff were great and efficient, dentists where quick and informative, and the hygienist (Madison was her name) I believe, cute, funny and skilled. A great experience.

This was easily the best experience I've had at a dentist. The cleaning was comfortable, the x-rays we're thorough, and the Doctor and hygienists knew their stuff and taught me what they're looking for on x-rays. Overall just super friendly and helpful staff. Plus I could do all my forms online beforehand.

I had a root canal today. The endodontist, Dr. Lee, was very gentle (I'm a big baby when it comes to dental work). He was very professional and I recommend him highly!

My daughter had a wisdom teeth removal and it was great! The reason I gave it a 2 is for their billings...the dental charged us the entire fees even if it's covered by insurance. I got the insurance statement and it showed that I only need to pay my part more than they charged me and it was covered...now it is September and nothing yet, no refunds, have been calling but nothing...their reason is that they are waiting for the insurance statement....the surgery was in June! It's now October and nothing yet!!!

Dr Hodge was very thorough. After he answered my questions I told him that I relied on his expert opinion as to the best step for me. Yes, I was very indecisive. He reviewed my xrays again and gave me his opinion on the plan that would be the best in the long run and save me thousands of dollars. His assistant was also very informative. Extremely dissatisfied with my experience here. I got my crown replaced and 4 cavities filled from Dr. Bevan. My first appointment they fixed a cavity and took off my cracked crown and put a temporary crown on. This is where the problems start occurring. During the two weeks I had the temporary crown on I had extreme sensitivity and pain in the tooth with the temp crown on as well as the tooth they filled that had the cavity. They accommodated me and had me come back in for an adjustment and I appreciated the care they gave to that point. The staff seemed to be professional and helpful with my needs but no matter what I have always had discomfort in my teeth. Once the time came for my appointment for the permanent crown and the 3 cavities they filled on the right side I came in and they successfully did what they said they were going to do. It's been almost a month or two now and I have yet to chew on the right side of my mouth comfortably. And as of right now I was able to chew on my left side comfortably but not anymore. Both sides of my mouth have extreme sensitivity. I can't even bite down to chew food. ( keep in mind this is not due to a high crown or filling they checked my bite several times) I can't drink any beverage that's hot or cold or any temp without severe tooth pain. In conclusion I've realized the staff and Dr. Bevan clearly cut corners. Or failed to follow the appropriate procedures to ensure a pain free mouth after the operations. It has been an extremely frustrating experience and now I have to get all of the teeth Mr. Bevan and his staff worked on redone. Every single tooth hurts that you touched. My mouth was better off with the cracked crown and the cavities. Cause I had no pain then. And I surely shouldn't have pain now that platinum dental "fixed" them.....
