My sister had a tooth took out. They stuck her 3 times and finally got a vein. After surgery was over they walk her out. I thought they should have waited at least 30 min. And then put her in a wheel chair and rolled her out.

Friendly staff that made scheduling the appointment and having the procedure done quick and easy. Highly recommend them to friends and family! Never had a bad experience from them. It's never an ideal place to have to go but they make it easier.

Staff was nice but doctor was very condensing. Had oral surgery scheduled had X-rays done in august. Had hole in sinus from where had tooth pulled. Scheduled surgery for fall break. Went in that morning for surgery. I knew that the condition was better but I still felt like that he needed to go in there and look because although it was not as bad as it was, I felt like there was still a small hole there. Doctor asked if it was better and I said that it wasn't bothering me as much. He basically said if it wasn't bothering me why were they doing surgery. I told him thawhy I came to him. If there was any hole, I felt like it needed to be closed. That I wanted him to look. He said well is this a consultation or a surgery. I said well it depended upon what he thought. Hut it was a surgery because that is what I had scheduled. He asked me several questions and looked at it and said it looked closed to him. So I said well maybe we don't need the surgery. I told him I didn't want there to be a hole there and have trouble later. I been told in the past that it was closed and it wasn't. I understand that he didn't want to do unnecessary surgery. I didn't either. I felt like it was something they needed to be done, but his attitude make me feel like he thought, well if it isn't bothering you why do it. I thought the whole point was to prevent it from bothering me in the future and that he would be able to determine that. I did get upset and told him just to forget it. When I started taking the blood pressure cuff off and getting up, he left the room. I'm not saying I reacted perfectly. But I'm a very easy going person. He made me feel stupid for even being there. I'm not doubting his skill, just his bedside manor. He was also late getting in there in the first place and I feel like he had an attitude when he came in

Plateau Oral and Face surgery did a great job removing my sons wisdom teeth. They made him feel comfortable with the surgery!

Everything was great. Appointments were easy to schedule. Staff was very friendly and were great at calming me down before my surgery. Facility was very clean. Very accommodating and very happy with my experience.

Rewriting since my review got deleted, I assume because the rest are the one star reviews are about billing etc. while mine was telling what was done to me. Staff is nice. Would not go back here with all the issues I had and still continue to have. They told my husband there was a few stitches, but in reality my entire mouth was stitched for 6 weeks on one side. Completely removed a piece of my bone in my mouth without knowledge, and now I'm still having issues with the way it feels. I have severe ptsd every time I pass this building. Make sure you really search this doctor, before you let him work on you. It could have been worse, trust me I read the reviews after I had all my issues (thank you Facebook)

I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed at Plateau Oral & Facial Surgery. I had a great experience and no issues after the procedure. Dr. Caldemeyer and his staff are very professional and took the time to answer any questions that I had. I was very nervous, but his assistants were awesome and made me feel a lot more comfortable. I would highly reccomend Dr. Caldemeyer!

Lied to my face multiple times about accepting my insurance and charged me out of pocket with the false claim that I would be reimbursed. What I was told would be ~$130 ended up being ~$800. What should have been a quick, simple surgery to remove a bump on my lip ended up causing permanent swelling, excessive scar tissue, and permanent numbness in a quarter of my lip. I had the exact same surgery done 7 years ago with NO problems like this. They refused to take responsibility or do anything to make it right. They can't be trusted with your bill or your body; go ANYWHERE else.

Absolutely the worst experience with a doctors office of any kind. The staff have repeatedly failed to send notices in the mail. I've yet to receive any receipt for payments made. Their excuse is that the address I've given them is incorrect. However, the funny thing is I receive mail from my insurance, from other services....literally receive mail from all over at this address...yet it's my fault when their incompetence can't mail letters correctly. I also ended up being billed for anesthesia, and received no communication regarding that entire process. I was told, "It would be handled on their end." Well, there was no "handling" of any sort. To be honest, the only thing this office seems to be decent at is being rude on the phone.

My Daugther was very scared of taking her wisdom teeth out. Dr Caldemeyer was amazing with her and the staff was great and they made her feel comfortable. She's a Cheerleader and she was able to return to normal activies within a few days. Overall we had a great experience at Plateau Oral & Facial Surgery & I would recommend Dr Caldemeyer & his AMAZING STAFF.

My experience was great! I've never been put under before so I was pretty nervous about the whole situation. When the dreaded day came it wasn't bad at all! I had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted and was in and out super fast. The anesthesia process was what I was mostly scared of but the doctor's precision with the needle was perfect and I didn't feel a thing. The healing process was wonderful and faster than I thought it would be. The office staff were all super friendly and talked to me in the operating room and that really helped with my nerves. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't be so nervous and I would definitely come back here because they are great! They also provide you with gauze, a special syringe, money for your first milkshake, and a cute tshirt! My meds were sent straight into the pharmacy in a timely manner as well!

Not bad at all. Had a tooth extraction done today and it was a good experience. The surgeon knew I was nervous about being put to sleep and handled it very well and comforting. The staff was extremely friendly.

This was my first time to visit for a small oral procedure. They made me feel very comfortable. The staff was great and Dr. Caldemeyer explained everything and made me feel like I could trust him. I would highly recommend this office!!

Dr. Caldemeyer and his team were very professional and caring. I had expose and bond surgery done here and they made me feel very comfortable and at home, the healing process went extremely well. I would highly recommend anyone to visit Dr. Caldemeyer and his team!
