Had an appointment for a cleaning and McShan would not let the hygenist clean my teeth. Said I need a "deep cleaning" for $2000 then when I said I don't have that kind of money, told me to ask my family for it. Scummy.

Girls are super nice, that dentist though..not so much. He's rude, and I almost wanted to show him how much my denture didn't fit, but, his attitude right from the get go was shameful. It's been an hour and I'm still ticked off. Tsk tsk

The hygienists are good but dentist wanted to replace 3 of my existing silver fillings that I did not need. Also wanted to do a crown that I got a second opinion and do not need. Plateau Dentist very expensive recommend you get another opinion.

Dr. McShan is a great dentist and has a great practice. Been a patient there for years and they will fit you in when you have an emergency. Courteous and helpful, always attentive to their patients.

Best I have been too he done an amazing job on my teeth! Made a tooth i though for sure i would have to have pulled in the front look like it's never had anything wrong with it! Never waited long and was very fast and nice!

They're an awesome team. I've followed Jennifer (hygeniest) everywhere she has moved as far as dentist's offices. She is very gentle and does an awesome job!

Pleasant atmosphere. Staff is courteous and professional and friendly. Never have to wait more than 5-10 minutes. Dr. McShan is professional, yet caring. We love Tiffany, too. She's been our hygienist for a long time. Very upbeat personality.

Horrible waited 45 minutes no one at the front desk then wouldn't help with pain of anything else 184 bucks for nothing but x-rays
