I have been seeing Tom and his staff for over 25 years. Tom and all of his staff have the utmost compassion and professionalism. Everyone is kind and approachable and I look forward to my visits to Plantsville Family Dental. One recent example of exemplary service I would like to highlight is I had an issue with one of my teeth on a late Monday afternoon. Tom saw me first thing in the morning on Tuesday! Thank you Tom and staff! Highly recommended 5-Stars!

We have been using Plantsville Family Dental for about 10 years- great people, service. Sue is awesome! Dr DeRienzo is thoughtful and works you in for emergencies. All attention to your comfort and care is considered from cleaning to larger procedures. Highly recommend

~updated 10/7/22 - Dr. Derienzo and his team are still the best. Had a root canal and crown done for the first time on a tooth I knew was bad before I ever began going to Plantsville Family dental. Dr. Derienzo explained everything throughout the process. It came out great and with no pain at all. Abby, his office manager, is awesome and extremely friendly. Great with scheduling. Hopefully, Dr. Derienzo buys her lunch every day. She deserves it!!! Overall, an A+++ dental office! Updated 6/16/20- once again Dr DeRienzo and his staff continue to be outstanding. Sue the hygienist is fantastic and personable and Dr. DeRienzo gives you personalized attention at every visit. With current concerns on everyone's mind, the office and exam rooms are impeccable and clean. A++~ Dr. DeRienzo and his staff are great. Super accommodating. Dr. DeRienzo always explains everything he is doing and prioritizes his patients' comfort. Highly recommended.

Dr Tom has been my dentist since I was 9 years old when he saved my 3 front teeth in an emergency visit. He has been my dentist ever since, and I'm now 40 years old. I have a 1yr old daughter and a son on the way, and I'll be bringing my kids to Dr. Tom when it's time . I cannot recommend Dr. Tom and his staff highly enough, he is an exceptional dentist with a caring courteous staff.

It had been a few years since I had seen a dentist and was referred to Dr. DeRienzo. I was nervous since it had been a while but everyone was very friendly and nice. I had to take care of a few small cavities and each visit was a very pleasant experience. They made me feel welcome and didn't make me feel bad for not going to a dentist for a few years. Would definitely recommend!

Plantsville family Dental is exactly that. I always feel like family when visiting. Everyone from friendly professional Abbey at the front, to Gentle Sue The Hygenist. Last year I cracked an old Crown, Dr Derienzo got me right in to get it repaired. It was almost a pleasure to sit back and relax and have the work done. Listening to the DR and his Wonderful assistant(whose name escapes me and I am sorry) work together, was like a well choreographed painless ballet. It is comforting to know they are there. Thank You for your years of taking care my smile.

Abby at the front desk was friendly, informative, and very helpful. My sons and I have been going to Dr. Derienzo for many years. He is always thorough, patient, and friendly and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good dentist.
