Dr. Gabriel Shvets is originally from Brooklyn, New York. He completed his doctoral studies at New York University College of Dentistry and graduated with honors in Implant Dentistry. Dr. Shvets completed his general practice residency at Queens Hospital Center, one of the top dental residency programs in the country. Dr. Shvets is the founder and former President of the Technology in Dentistry Society at NYU College of Dentistry, an organization designed to promote technological advancements in dentistry to students and faculty.
Dr. Gabriel Shvets is a board certified general dentist licensed to practice in New Jersey and Florida. Dr. Shvets has advanced training in Implant Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Laser Dentistry and Endodontics (root canal procedures). He is also certified to administer Botox and dermal fillers. Certified in nitrous oxide administration, Dr. Shvets is also a skilled provider of Invisalign and ClearCorrect orthodontic treatment. Before opening his practice in Plantation, Florida, Dr. Shvets was a regional traveling dentist working in multiple practices performing complex dental procedures including oral surgery, root canals and implant placement.
Dr. Shvets enjoys painting, playing basketball to exercise and spending time with his family. He is a black belt in Judo and a 2nd-degree black belt in Taekwondo. Committed to helping others, Dr. Shvets has traveled to the Dominican Republic on dental missions to place dental implants. Dr. Shvets is fluent in Russian and English and also speaks conversational Spanish.
Dr. Ankita Shvets was born and raised in New Delhi, India and graduated from Bharati Vidyapeeth Dental College. Dr. Shvets received her advanced doctoral degree from New York University College of Dentistry with honors in Esthetic Dentistry.
After dental school, Dr. Ankita Shvets worked with the top cosmetic and implant dentists in New York and New Jersey. She completed multiple full mouth rehabilitation cases creating many Hollywood Smiles.
Dr. Shvets is up-to-date on the latest techniques and materials in cosmetic dentistry and knows how to make her patients look and feel like celebrities. Dr. Shvets knows that every smile is unique and listens to her patients concerns before creating beautiful smiles.

Came to FL for vacation and my tooth chipped and had an exposed nerve. Called them and they had me come in ASAP and it was already past 6pm. Came in with EXTREME tooth pain. Was out of the office in under an hour with my tooth being completely fixed, no pain, they saved the tooth and the price was very fair. No overcharge. Staff and doctor were all great to me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I arrived extremely anxious and in a lot of pain... the staff was extremely professional and immediately made me feel comfortable... the best experience I have ever had at the dentist... Dr. Shvets is hands down the best dentist I've ever had and I will definitely be bragging about him to all for at least the next year or so. The whole procedure was painless, I didn't even know he was finished. If you are looking for a good dentist I highly recommend this dental office @plantationpalmsdental is bar none the BEST!!! I was able to get a painless Root canal done. The procedure took about two minutes. The pain in my chest, shoulder and arm have since subsided and I am now able to sleep on that side of my face. Getting a second opinion from this dental office turned me into a forever patient. I had previously went to a dentist in another city that told me I had an infection that I did not have. Pain I had to deal with during a root canal that I did not have to deal with. Dr. Gabriel clarified and rectified the entire situation. He truly is a miracle worker that is very respectful of pain management! I highly recommend Palms Dental in Plantation.

Oddly enough I came here because of the high ratings of this dental office. That definitely sparked my curiosity. I can honesty say wholeheartedly, that I'm a customer for life. A happy customer at that. My wisdom tooth broke, and I was in serious pain. Even with meds, I still felt some pain. After pulling the tooth out, it was an euphoric and glorious relief. Definitely 5 stars from me. Thanks Dr. G.

I went in to have an extraction. Was charged 729 dollars. The guy couldn't do it correctly. Then sent me to an Oral Surgeon to fix it. That costs another 600 dollars. It is a money grabbing business. He made 729 then passed me on to his buddy. So his buddy could make 600. He could have said I can't do it. Below it will say I was never a patient. Never go here.

They were able to accommodate us on a short fuse on a Saturday morning. The staff at reception was very professional and friendly and we were very well looked after. Would definitely recommend this clinic to friends and acquaintances.

Hands down one of the best experiences at a dentist's office in recent memory. And I loathe going to the dentist -- who doesn't? Dr. Gabriel Shvets was simply marvelous! He came in, examined my mouth, went to work almost immediately, and expertly extracted two teeth in short order. I couldn't believe how quickly - and painless - the whole process took. I felt like I had waltz into a "drive-thru" on a busy Saturday afternoon, no less. I was in and out... I am now fully healed, recovered, with no dry-socket (yikes!). So I am now an extremely happy and grateful patient. Thank you, Dr. Gabriel Shvets! I hope never to visit you again... ;)

Words cannot begin to describe the amazing experience I have had with Palms Dental. I needed an emergency tooth extraction and a bridge from a previous failed root canal and crown. Dr. Gabriel took my call at 6:00 am on a Saturday morning and told me to come in at 9:00 am. Here I met the most professional, caring, and reassuring front desk staff in Claudia. She expedited everything so I may be seen right away and 45 mins later I was pain free. Rosa is the best, assured the Doctor and made sure everything went well from the post op to the days after to the final permanent bridge placement. What makes this place one of a kind is that they hostels care about their patients and their level of expertise is unmatched. I left my previous dentist to now be taken care of by the best group in Florida, Palms Dental.
