Dr. Torres and his staff, Bettie and Lexi, were amazing. My 12 year needed oral surgery and was so nervous. The team did a wonderful job explaining everything to us thoroughly. They were so professional, kind and patient. We highly recommend this group. We are so grateful for all they did for us! If we could give them more stars we would!

Had 2 teeth removed and an implant installed same time. Also had IV sedation. Absolutely no pain and a very calm experience. Extremely professional and nice doctor and staff. Prompt and accommodating. The office is extremely professional.

I'm not quite finished with my process but I recently had my wisdom teeth removed with Dr. Bernstein. I had a lot of questions and was very nervous but everyone was very patient and helpful. All my questions were answered. The IV stick made me even more nervous and I barely even felt it. Next thing I knew it was all over. Just honestly a great office and I'm looking forward to my healing journey with them.

From beginning to end the staff was super friendly. I had to get a lot of work done at once and was super nervous to the point I was asking lots of questions. The team was able to make me feel comfortable throughout my procedure and it went by fast. I definitely recommend Plantation Oral Surgery!

If you're about to have oral surgery and Dr. Berenstein hasn't look it over just cancel that appointment because Dr. Berenstein will advise you with the wealth of information he has and experience and vibe is just refreshing in this post pandemic world! He KNOWS his stuff and I almost went elsewhere and glad the good Lord sent me to Dr. Berenstein !!!!

Dr. Berly is the most caring, dedicated, oral surgeon that I had the honor to have him care for me. Dr. Huda, anesthesiologist, was very caring and concerned about me. Bobbie and the entire office were fantastic! I would highly recommend their service's to anyone!

You will not regret going to this oral surgery practice. It was one of the best experiences I've encountered. The staff was soo sweet, thorough and patient. Dr. Betenstein performed my surgery and I was impressed with professionalism and the communicative nature. Everyone from Felisha and Kettie at the receptionist counter to Bettie, Julia and Bobbie made the experience great. I almost wish I needed another tooth extraction just to work with them again lol. But in all seriousness, I'd highly recommend this practice.

Best experience you could possibly ask for! I would happily recommend Plantation Oral Surgery to anyone! All the way from the thorough consultation to the surgery it was always a pleasant experience. I even had to reschedule a few times and they were always so flexible and understanding. The surgery itself went flawlessly. I was greeted by the best nurses who made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. It was fast and painless. I'm just about 24 hours post surgery and I feel great. All numbness has gone away, and other than the minor discomfort that can be expected the day after surgery I feel great! I'm back at work the next day which is exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you to whole staff at Plantation Oral!

I'd recommend to anyone! I just had all four of my wisdom teeth removed and the procedure was painless which is unbelievable. The dentist and staff were all kind, calming and professional. I usually get anxiety when going to the dentist because I anticipate pain but the staff made me feel very comfortable and secure. Their office is also clean and calming. The absolute best from my experience!

Recently had my wisdom teeth removed and needless to say, I was nervous. However, the staff at Plantation Oral Surgery made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. They were all so kind and comforting. Dr. Berenstein was super kind and informative, taking his time to educate me more on my wisdom teeth and going through the entire process with me. The surgery was a very smooth and fast process, they didn't waste any time and got me in and out within an hour! I can't recommend this place more, would recommend everyone here for their future oral needs!

From our initial consultation to the actual surgical date Dr Torres and his staff were amazing!!! My daughter had all four wisdom teeth removed and was very nervous. The staff made her feel at ease and took extra measures to make sure she was comfortable. Her surgery and recovery went very well, I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

Let me start by saying the lady who booked my procedure and Dr. Berenstein were great. My consultation, procedure, and after went great (other than my aftercare sheet blanks being empty for dates of when I needed to do things)! Ample time was spent analyzing my teeth, explaining the issue/options and asking if I had questions. I was a bit nervous before my procedure but Dr. Berenstein and the staff who helped him held great conversation until I dosed off. The procedure was very quick and I was on my way to recovery within about 60-90 mins. My cons come in with the billing department. My operation was on 8/25 and I was overcharged $300 (the overcharge is understandable as they charge on estimate) in which plantation oral surgery did not reach out to me about. I realized this about three weeks after my surgery upon reviewing my statement. I called billing and spoke with Valerie (on 9/19) who was understanding and told me she would send my information over for my refund to be fulfilled via the front office. I call back on 9/21 as I have received nothing. I wait until 9/23 and still nothing. I'm told on 9/23 that they're waiting for me to accept my refund as a Venmo payment (I was never told to be on the lookout for anything in my email) in which I inform them I have no email. I was advised to call back the following Tuesday 9/27 (however I still have no email to this date) to speak with the person who handles refunds. Unfortunately due to the hurricane I was preoccupied to keep calling back. Im extremely frustrated with this office and the lack of communication around returning money to a patient. I feel as if I'm never going to get my money back unless I go in person and wait for them to send me the email in front of me. I really wanted to have the five star experience everyone is raving about and I almost did. Update: 10/3 I called in this morning and finally got a call back to have my refund initiated! Thank you to Bobby for calling back & thank you to Ketty under Dr. B for handling this matter as you said you would! I really appreciate the both of you in handling this promptly.

Let's start with the decor... Amazing! I've had the privilege of visiting both offices Hollywood, and Plantation. Dr. Torres along with his beautiful staff made me feel as if I was the only patient there. Surgery is always unnerving. Rest assured you will be in the best of care! Thank you all!

Dr. Daniel Berenstein hands down the best doctor I've had the pleasure of receiving he rushed me in for wisdom removal due to an infection. I'm extremely scared of going under anesthesia an surgery in general he actually made this process the most comfortable it's ever been for me highly recommend him.

I am in love with the whole practice. From the front desk to Dr. Berenstein. I have already spoke so highly to all of peers at work. I will be having my in Implants done on January 2023 & looking forward to it! Can you believe that! They are awesome

I can't thank God enough for the wonderful service that my son and I receive every time we go over there. The staff and the doctor are absolutely amazing. They totally make my son and I feel at home. Evie, Stephanie and I can't remember the wonderful doctor who performed my son's surgery yesterday thank you so much for your wonderful service. I like walking in a place and seeing that the staff loves their job because I really do feel the love when I walk in plantation oral surgery. May JEHOVAH bless you all in everything you do and keep up the good work !

I have had some of THE worst experiences in my dental journey. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Plantation Oral Surgery to everyone that has had a bad dental experience. From beginning to end I was treated like royalty!! Every step was explained so there would be no surprises. I had to have oral surgery yesterday- painless. Today, I've have no bleeding or pain. I have NEVER had such an AMAZING experience. DEFINITELY I would highly recommend this facility and staff! Dr. Torres is a Godsend!!
