No manners for children who are in pain. My daughters cap was hurting her. She was very nervous. And he was pushing very hard on her cap asking her if it hurts. She would say yes and kind of pull away and he kept doing it and she was screaming and in tears and he didn't stop. Then he touched another tooth that didn't hurt and because she was so scared she said yes it hurts. He rolled his eyes at her and said she's clearly worked up and I'm not putting her to sleep to pull the tooth and or take cap off I can't remember what he said. But he said the x ray looked suspicious and he thinks it should come off but he wasn't going to do it because it's just one tooth and he's not doing all of that for one tooth. I was shocked. Planet tooth has been great for my four kids. The staff are patient and fun, the environment is very family oriented. Dr. Powell is really great with the kids when they need work done and always involves me in the cleaning visits showing me concerns directly on their teeth so I can see what he is talking about. I appreciate that. Their mouths and their needs are not vague.

Great dentist and easy scheduling. Handles kids with special needs very well. 4 stars instead of 5 because age limit is cut off at 16. Insurance said they can go until 18. Other than that dispute they're great.
