I couldn't say enough wonderful things about this place. Highly recommended From Laura and the many phone calls and questions we had and always super to Dr Stiefel calling us later in the day to check on the patient to all the office staff & aides. I am so thankful we found this place.

Very personable and caring staff. Made the extraction of an impacted wisdom tooth a breeze. The dr was quick and his dental assistant was extremely sweet and comforting. Also, both ladies at the front desk were helpful and very nice.

Had to get my wisdom teeth after before I headed back to school, Dr Stiefel and his team were able to get me in ASAP so Id have time to heal. Emily was able to make me an appointment and guide me through the whole procedure while Alexandra held my hand and gave me an amazing experience while Dr Stiefel was delicate and made me feel safe. Would definitely recommend them!

Today I went to have an urgent tooth removal From the person that answered the phone thru to the staff on the way out I can't say enough of how wonderful they all were !!! The surgeon was amazing, called after hours to check on me Highly recommend this place Fair honest clean sanitized Golden Gem of the area

Had the best experience today getting a toith extracted. The staff is friendly and welcoming and eased my fears. Dr. Stiefel was wonderful --painless and quick. Thank you all!

We called in today for an emergency extraction. Expecting to be told we would have to wait till Monday at least. Was very surprised when they got us in same day! And holy cow were they fast and efficient. Don't bother going anywhere else

I am so impressed with the staff here. My son went in to have 4 wisdom teeth removed, one that was sideways. The staff put us both at ease and went above and beyond to provide excellent care and compassion. The ways they make you feel comfortable and how they go above and beyond to take the anxiety out of the procedure make all the difference!!

I had 2 large teeth in the back of my mouth removed 2 weeks ago. This place is more like a family then a dentist office. From the first phone call to Laura who was so sweet, to Kathi who seemed like someone I had known all my life. The Oral Surgeon Kyle Stiefel made you feel so at ease that any anxiety was gone. I highly recommend this practice, especially for people with a fear of Dentists.

My son is an adult but doesn't have the time to write a review on his own so I'm writing one on his behalf. He absolutely raved about how wonderful the staff was and how they assured him even through his anxiety. He had a wisdom tooth out. I was the contact for him and they even called twice, once a day after the surgery and once a week later just to see how he was doing. I'm so happy for my son that this experience was so quick and painless and the support was outstanding! Thank you Plaistow Oral Surgery'

Needed an emergency tooth extraction. They took me in right away. Their area is extremely clean and organized. Staff was extremely polite and humorous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Stiefel & his entire practice were incredible! I had a wisdom tooth removed, and I don't do well with procedures, they were very kind & understanding throughout the whole process. Him and his staff are very knowledgeable, and the procedure was quick and painless, literally! Could not recommend Plaistow Oral Surgery enough, I'll be going back to have my other wisdom teeth removed and referring any of my friends & family to them!

My daughter went in for an unsuccessful tooth extraction. She was scared, crying, and fighting them off even after sedatives which isn't their fault. The dentist/staff are nice, patient, and informative...but this office was going to call me when an anesthesiologist was available so she could be put under for the extraction. I called MULTIPLE times and they say they've reached out to get things going, but haven't heard back from the anesthesiologist or something. Maybe this "anesthesiologist" should be fired because this was around 6+ MONTHS AGO and here I am after midnight, with my daughter crying, shaking, and yelling in pain, and I'm helpless to do anything about it and insanely angry right now. I probably shouldn't leave this review, but when you watch your child suffer like this over and over it makes a parent want to go insane. Either way, she has been forgotten about and fallen through the cracks on both sides. I'm calling the office that originally referred us here, to hopefully be referred to a facility that is more readily equipped to do such procedures. I apologize to Plaistow oral surgery for being fired up... I just hope that this case is used to maybe prevent similar things from happening in the future to others... and fix the disconnect/issues that lead to situations like this. Thanks.

got my wisdom teeth out yesterday & the whole experience was a good one. they were friendly & made me feel comfortable. before i knew it it was over. the dr even called me to make sure i was ok/answer any questions i had. so far im doing great

My wife and I went here to get our wisdom teeth out. The staff where professional and kind. The office is very clean. Both of our surgery's went great and the doctor was kind enough to reach out to us after the surgery to check up on us and make sure we where doing well. Thank you so much guys.

I am extremely nervous to have any type of dental procedure done and when I had to have two wisdom teeth removed at my age of 39, I was super anxious. Dr. Stiefel and his staff took such great care of me and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend his team for any type of procedure and could not be more pleased with my experience here. Thank you all!!

The GREATEST experience I've ever had. Sadly I've had quite a few teeth pulled but I've never received care as efficient and pleasant as this one was! As if I wasn't already so pleased Dr. Stiefel even personally called to follow up and check on me this evening. Absolutely top notch care. I would recommend him to everyone especially people as nervous as I am for dental procedures!

Boy oh boy what an experience this was. Needed a tooth pulled ASAP and they took me in that same day. I can not express to anybody reading this how much I dislike the dentist even for a cleaning let alone an extraction. The folks here made me feel incredible! Not only were we able to joke around a bit, the whole thing only took less time than my song did to end. If I ever need something like this again I will 100% be going here. Thanks for the amazing experience guys!
