Informative, professional, efficient, and transparent! I don't love going to the dentist (who does?) But this experience was a breeze. Staff were able to identify issues and provide solutions that no other dental offices have done before. I was provided a cost analysis prior to procedures, so I knew exactly how much I needed to pay after insurance (delta dental). Thank you so much! I'm happy to have this as my dental home.

Hands down this is the place to go if your looking for compassionate, quality, knowledgeable, and affordable dental care. Dr. Russell is an exemplary dentist with many years expired. Dr. Russell and her staff are informative, gental, and professional. They are great with setting up and explaining a treatment plan for patients. I would reccomend them to family and friends. If your looking for a local dentist check them out, you will be glad you did!

I'm so happy I found this place. I've never had a better dentist in my adult life. The entire staff is highly competent and so thorough. I've had two crowns and several fillings and never felt a thing! Being a nervous patient, I appreciate the kindness and compassion the people working here showed me, every step of the way.

Placerville Dental Care's staff are professional and friendly! Dr. Russell is honest and straightforward. She gives you a heads up on areas that are potential problems before just surprising you with a major procedure. She does whatever she can to save teeth versus just going for the large dollar option. I am very happy with my entire experience with Placerville Dental Care.

Dr. Russell and her staff are professional and friendly people. I have been her patient since she started her practice in Placerville. I appreciate the care I have been receiving from Dr. Russell and the staff there. I had a low blood sugar incident at the office yesterday and she had the office manager Jennifer get some protein shakes to have stocked in their fridge. I carry my own, but Dr Russell insisted! Above and beyond care!

I just moved to Placerville and I needed a Dentist. I am so happy I found Dr Cynthia Russell. All of the staff are friendly and professional. The doctor is very gentle first visit went great for a teeth cleaning. She is very good and I would highly recommend.
