A Pittsburgh native and graduate of Belle Vernon Area High School, Dr. Gobbie obtained a B.S. Degree at the University of Notre Dame. His dental training was at the University of Pittsburgh where he was awarded his Doctorate in Dental Medicine in 1984. In addition, Dr. Gobbie completed a three-year Orthodontic residency at the University of Pittsburgh in 1987. During his residency, Dr. Gobbie was on the teaching staff of the Orthodontic Department, coordinated the department's Dento-Facial Abnormality Clinic, and completed the requirements necessary to obtain a Masters Degree in Dental Science.

Dr. Gobbie has been in the exclusive, private practice of Orthodontics in the Pittsburgh area since 1988. He particularly enjoys using early intervention to correct developmental problems in young children, as well as the challenge of correcting severe and complex bites in adults.

George Deme DMD, MDS spent his childhood between the United States and Greece. His father was also an orthodontist, as well as a professor at the University of Pittsburgh. For him, it was growing up with an orthodontist dad that sparked his interest in the field.

In 1986, Dr. George Deme received his B.S in Neurobiology from the University of Pittsburgh and was awarded early admittance to the School of Dental Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh. Upon receiving his DMD in 1990, he went into private practice in Pittsburgh and Boston and in 1995 completed his orthodontic training and Masters of Dental Science in Oral Biology at Boston University.

Dr. Deme started his private practice in 1990, moved it to Athens, Greece in 1995, and returned to Pittsburgh with his family in 2013. His years in Europe gave him a unique perspective on patient care, and he takes a meticulous, one-case-at-a-time approach to orthodontics.
