Loved dr. Hartman. I had a lot of anxiety going into the procedure. I don't remember a lot after the laughing gas but briefly remember yelling stop then hearing the nurse say "you're making a mountain out of a mole hill." Probably true, but this was not helpful. Laying here recovering now that's all I am thinking about.

I had an awesome experience with dr Hartman he was so kind and fast with removing my broken tooth. I want to say thank you Linda young for getting me an appointment so quickly and for her courteous service

Not punctual at all. I was scheduled for 10:30 and have been waiting for an hour. The surgery went pretty well tho.

Just overcame my nerves about dental surgery and spoke to a receptionist to make an appointment. Unfortunately - despite what my provider's website says - Pittsburgh Oral Surgery can't take my insurance! However, the receptionist was SO kind and helpful. They put me at ease immediately. Five stars for that interaction alone. I'm going to explore my options and hopefully find an insurance plan that they're able to accept. Looking forward to updating my review once I've had the full extraction experience!

Dr Robert and his staff were very nice and professional.. they helped with both complications. Of tooth extractions from my dentist and lesion on my tongue. However they accidentally cancelled an important appointment for biopsy. Of my tongue and I was in a lot of discomfort. I couldn't get in with anyone else and had unnecessary pain for over a month.

Had a horrible experience with Dr. Davies at the Shadyside location. I've been experiencing nothing but issues ever since she removed my wisdom teeth a few months back. I do NOT recommend this place, or, if there's no other options, please thoroughly look into other surgeons.

Dr. Hartman was great! Wisdom teeth extraction was quick and went well. Post surgery instructions were clear and was able to recover quickly. The office was also super helpful and responsive with any follow-up questions I had.

Got my wisdom teeth out a few days ago and highly recommend going here for any oral surgery need. I was very anxious beforehand and all the staff + Dr Hartman we're extremely helpful in making me feel comfortable before the procedure. The anesthesiologist even held my hand while I was getting settled in the chair. I was getting the top two removed and it took under 30 minutes which was amazing! I had minimal pain and Dr Hartman called the day after to check in on how I was feeling. It's very clear that the doctors and staff here care about their patients

Best extraction experience ever! The doctor and nurses are so nice. One nurse was holding my hand during the surgery to comfort me. They did a really good job! The whole procedure was so quick. It was all done before I noticed anything. Thank you all!

Dr. Davies is excellent and super professional! I had all five wisdom teeth removed last week and honestly I could barely feel pain after the surgery (swelling will occur for sure though). The wound has been recovering very well. I highly recommend this office, especially Dr. Davies if you have impacted wisdom teeth.

Needed a tooth extraction. Was taken care of promptly. Everything was explained during the process, and my questions were answered I was constantly asked how I was doing, and my aftercare was detailed.

I was initially recommended to Pittsburgh Oral Surgery by my daughter who had used them for her children and I have to say they are excellent. I am terrified of dentists and anything requiring dental work. I was in need of getting teeth removed so I decided to use their services. The staff were very courteous, pleasant and efficient. Once I was called into the procedure room there was no waiting time, they immediately got to work sedating me so I had no time for my anxiety to rise any higher than what it was. Before I knew it I was in the recovery room. Later that day the surgeon called to check on my condition which I really appreciated. The surgeon did a great job and have had no issues from the surgery. They made this so easy for me I wish I had saved myself a lot of pain and suffering by going to them sooner. They are the best!

I had a sedation procedure and the anesthetist was very reassuring. I went through the procedure without any problems. The Dentist Dr. Hartman was great. I highly recommend this place.

Pittsburgh oral surgery had squeezed me in as a emergency for an extraction and i was not an existing patient. Dr Hartman was excellent in explaining the procedure and made it painless and quick definitely would recommend.

Terrible patient care or concern. No communication between the surgeon and anesthesiologist about your needs and ZERO concern about any complaints or issues you may be having after they take your money.

This doctor ripped out all my top teeth. Told her I have a low tolerance for pain So after sewing me back up and shoving My dentures in she gave me my instructions and scripts and sent me on my way. Didn't look at the Script until I got home. All she gave me was 8 .5 Pain pills. Unbelievable. Will have to get more from the Street and take my chances because she said that was all she Could give me. Big lie !!! Then they wonder why people are Committing suicide. Damn doctors just want to make themselves Look good. Don't care how much pain you're in. Stay away from this place Unless you like pain
