Great staff. Which in my opinion is #1. Without good staff it doesn't matter if the doctor is good. However, the doctor was also kind, engaging , and thorough. Thank you for making my son comfortable.

I have given this practice several thousand dollars for multiple surgeries. Truthfully, I am highly disappointed with the care coordination. I would go anywhere else if you are looking for good Oral surgery and a proper treatment plan to get your teeth back in order. This is not the place. Sadly, I am stuck here until my surgeries are wrapped up!

If your looking for someone completely unprofessional who addresses patients as bud rather than by their first name look no further. I had some complications a few months after my surgery, and at my appointment Eric R. Smigma said "if you're coming to see me I'm gonna have to beat you up a little bit" after tearing my gums open without warning. Terrible experience overall.

Pittsburgh oral surgery is a great place for your dental extractions. They were prompt and considerate. Front desk is super friendly, Linda helped us not just with scheduling my husband's extractions but helping us find other offices for other treatment needs. I highly recommended this office and their great staff.

Dr. Eichner and Wendy were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional when performing my tooth extractions. I was nervous about having the extractions performed and Dr. Eichner and Wendy made me feel comfortable and at ease. The front office staff was great to work with especially Linda. She was so nice and helpful with scheduling and being supportive. I appreciate everyone at this office!!

I was previously seen at the Shadyside location (multiple times) as I have gotten my wisdom teeth pulled from there and had complications since then. I then called this Monroeville location to schedule an appointment with Dr. Eichner to see if he could help with my complications, as the previous attempts were unsuccessful. When I called, the receptionist (didn't catch her name) had cut me off as I was talking, then placed me on hold. When she finally came back on, she advised that Dr. Eichner refused to go over the work of one of his colleagues and therefore didn't even schedule the appointment! I'm starting to think all of the surgeons at this facility need their licenses revoked! The worst experience between this Monroeville location receptionist and Dr. Eichner, as well as Davies at the other location!

Dr Eichner was great, the doctor and office staff answered all of our questions and Dr Eichner worked with my daughter's cardiologist which I greatly appreciated.

Outstanding work and staff. I just had an implant installed and had minimal discomfort. My appointment started on time - with no waiting time between procedures. The staff are professional, efficient and friendly. The surgeon is excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

This is the place to go for oral surgery. Dr. Smiga and his entire team from the receptionists to the anesthesiologists are all great people. I've been here 3 times over the years and every time I've had positive results and little to no pain, even after multiple extractions. With multiple locations there is always a short wait to be seen. Can't go wrong with this place!

The Dentist and Staff were All very friendly on several of our visits no matter how early or late in the day our appointments were. Very clean , honest, and professional.

My teeth are out of my skull and thats it. The entire time every nurse and doctor in the room spoke in a demeaning tone. I was fully lucid the entire procedure and remember all of it. I even told the people in the room that the anesthetic wasn't strong enough and I felt everything. The teeth came out chipped and broken and I don't know where the missing pieces went. All around it just felt very rushed.

My son (10yo) was very nervous about having a tooth extracted. Pittsburgh Oral Surgery made the process a breeze - comforting him (and me) from the initial appointment all the way through recovery. We hope to not have a need to come back, but if we do, there's nowhere else we would go!
