Been taking my 3 kids here for 9 years. The experience has eroded considerably over the last 3 years, to the point that we have stopped seeing this dentist. Specific things to watch for: -last minute appointment cancellations (rescheduled months into the future) -appointments moved to monroeville office (be VERY cautious with this, as the two offices do NOT take the same insurance) -requests to speak to the office manager dismissed as the staff explained "we're all managers" -request by phone to speak to the doctor was denied-- instead office staff called me -written request (delivered by mail) to speak to the doctor was ignored/denied-- instead office staff left me a voicemail (and considered the matter closed) To be clear, the dental care has always been wonderful. But the customer care and overall patient experience is unacceptable.

I have worked as a pediatric dental hygienist for 10 years and was looking for a new office for my children. This office is a wonderful dental office for kids. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new office or wanting to switch offices to give them a try. Everyone from the front desk, Dr to the hygienists were kind and very welcoming.

The office personnel are pleasant however I scheduled my son's bi yearly appt after his appt back in May and when I arrived today they had no record of said appt so I drove 30 minutes away and pulled my son out of school for nothing.

Tried scheduling my sons bi-yearly appointment. The office manager was extremely unpleasant. Barley answered my questions and refused to help me schedule an after school appointment. My sons only attend school two days a week and I was asking for a day when they are not in school. She would not offer me an appointment at another location. Told me how bad it was because they don't get a lunch break and the office now closes at 1:15. After questioning her, and getting nowhere, I asked to speak to her manager. She told me she was the manger, and eventually hung up on me. I guess I shouldn't have called on a Friday at closing time.

Hands down best dentist for kids. All staff members were so friendly. I originally called around different dentists to get my son in somewhere. The reason i choose this one was how friendly and helpful receptionist was. Once we went to appt I knew it was a great choice on how awesome the dentist was. He does what honestly needs done and doesn't waste your money like other places we were to. Highly recommend.

Wow so I personally never been here. I am looking for a pediatric dentist for my 2 children...the way the owner disrespects that mother and her child in their own comments for thier business you guys should be a shamed, I'm glad THESE PEOPLE ain't never touched my kids' mouth. I feel bad for the mothers who went here and had a bad experience, the comments I seen where so disturbing the owner must not have children

After waiting months for our appointment - it was suddenly cancelled the day before, on a Sunday, via TEXT message. No explanation was given, we left numerous messages and no one ever called us back to reschedule. It's ironic that they have a policy that charges you a FEE for canceling without notice, yet they do the same and it's OK in their eyes. Looking at other reviews there is at least one other instance of this happening and the doctors response was EXTREMELY RUDE. We are now left trying to find another dentist our child is comfortable with. Thanks for nothing.

The best team of dentists in the world! Pittsburgh is so lucky to house this amazing group in her city my kids never want to leave and enjoy their visit to the dentist!

Best Children's dentistry by far! After my son had a terrifying experience at another local dentist's office, they were so helpful and nice. All the staff are very sweet. The dentist was so patient, kind, and gentle with my son even though he was difficult and scared. He didn't do anything without making sure my son and I were both okay with it. We will never go anywhere else!

My daughter loves Dr. Aaron and the team however, she's required extensive dental work from being born so premature. She has now been rescheduled on the day of our appointment 3 times within 3 months for "family emergencies". This has not only caused us to take time off of work ourselves but also caused my daughter unnecessary prep as we were already driving to the office every time the call came in.
