We have Drs. Aaron and Jack at the helm of Pittsburgh Children's Dentistry. Dr. Aaron graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelors in science degree. Dr. Aaron is also proud to have completed his dental training and pediatric dental residency at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Aaron currently practices in Monroeville and Squirrel Hill, and is a part-time faculty member, teaching post-graduate level pediatric dentistry at the University of Pittsburgh's Pediatric Dental Residency Program.

My son has alot of anxiety with the dentist and this place made things worse. It was obvious that the staff was annoyed and had no patience with him at all. The Dr was even worse. He was annoyed and kept coming in and out of the room. At one point the Dr asked me what we should do but talked over me and made me feel like it was my son's fault. It just seemed like the Dr wants to get kids in and out of the chair and make as much money as possible. Horrible experience, never going back.

The doctors are amazing. But it's basically impossible to get through and get a human repping this office on the phone.

If you are looking for a fantastic dentist who is knowledgeable and caring- GO SEE DR. AARON!!!!! He is friendly and honest. We originally went to him for a second opinion for my son and he told me what he would recommend if it was his own child. He explained things thoroughly and answered all my questions. My son developed an abscess on his tooth and when I called the emergency line after hours Dr. Aaron called back immediately. He squeezed us in on a Saturday morning to look at the tooth and him and his staff did everything they could to make my son feel comfortable. Dr. Aaron even contacted me Saturday evening to check on my son and see how he was doing. You could not ask for better customer service and really just someone who really cares for their patients even when we were brand new to the practice. No one asked me to leave a review but I feel compelled when someone/ a business goes above and beyond. I am so very thankful someone recommended this practice to my family.

The office staff is extremely rude. If the Dr. cares anything about his reputation he would hire new front desk staff. I pulled all 5 of my kids out of this office.

I recently had a bad experience and posted a review, my daughter had another appointment shortly after that and to be honest, I was concerned how the staff would treat her since my last review but she had absolutely no complaints! Everyone was very nice and professional to her and I'm very happy we continue to go to the office! I really like Dr. Aaron, he is WONDERFUL with the kids and the hygienists are great also! I think our last experience was just a hiccup and I look forward to great experiences with this office.

Dr. Aaron and his staff are AMAZING! Dr. Aaron always makes the kids feel comfortable and has the best bedside manner. He really connects with the kids and is genuinely interested in talking to them and making them feel good about visiting the dentist. I feel like he tells me his honest opinion whenever I ask him questions and he always does what he thinks is best for your child. If you are looking for a pediatric dentist look no further!

I have taken my boys to Dr Perchersky/Dr Aaron for years. The staff is wonderful, professional and patient. I would recommend them to anyone with kids.

I just received a phone call that I need to reschedule an appointment for my son and daughter that was for this week. When I asked the receptionist when they were rescheduling to she said she didn't know she would have to call me back. Great, do you happen to know if it will be later in the week, later this month?? Again, I don't know we will call you. I said okay thanks then she hung up on me. Great service...I will not be back and will be looking for another dentist for my kids.

My 4 year old had a bad cavity. The staff did an amazing job of reassuring my son and talking him through the procedure. It was obvious they knew what they were doing with respect to kids and keeping them calm. I was more nervous about the procedure than my son. Everything went like the best case scenario. Thanks Dr. Aaron.
