The bedside manner at this facility is 2nd to none! Audrey at the front desk was very pleasant upon my arrival to office. She wasted no time, was friendly and got me linked with the dental assistants right away. I sat in lobby for maybe 3 minutes and was back into a room. The assistants Maryanne and Brenny were also very efficient at their work, got me prepped and immediately checked in with Dr Shahzad who came in moments later and spoke about my options. He was very straightforward about my options and for once i felt no pressure about my decision. It felt like Mine to make and he applied no pressure to decide one way or another. The costs are fair as well, and all in the office made a point to make me feel like even if the better option was more expensive I had time to save, that my situation was cut and dry money out of pocket right then. Will definitely be using them for long time to come. Great group of professionals there. Thanks guys!

I came in for oral surgery with Dr. Jay. I had my wisdom teeth extracted. Phenomenal job by dr.Jay and all his staff. Super friendly and very welcoming. I would highly recommend to future patients.

Patient care and continuity needs some attention. Patient care could be greatly improved by increased coordination, communication and scheduling of appointments. Today is my second appointment in 2 weeks with periodontist who needed follow up support by primary dentist at Sky Dental. Last appointment? Sky dental fit me I'm to be looked at, thank you. However, they were unable to complete the procedure the periodontist said they were going to do. These two offices are physically connected and share staff. However the patient care is far from smooth or seamless. All staff are experienced and skilled so I have no issue with level/quality or technicality of procedures performed. Lack of coordination is now requiring me to go home without my crown restored and cemented. I feel like a hot potato shuffled between Dental professionals with noone attending long enough to make sure full care is complete. I'm a long time patient of Sky dental; whole family is treated here. This is a new and disappointing experience.

The staff was great and friendly. Went out out of their way to make me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Dr. Fedorowicz was very nice and gave me good news about my progress. My compliments to all! Will be happy to go back!

Awesome team and the doctor was amazing. He made me feel very at ease before, during and after the tooth extraction, which was difficult. Perhaps his greatest action was his follow-up contact to make sure I was ok. Very impressive

Never helpful. Today was the worse I will not be coming back to this location. The Doctors tone is always negative and combative. She definitely should not be dealing with children.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful the surgeon Dr Fedorowicz was gentle, quick and very accommodating with my extractions and Maryanne was super sweet and friendly and made my experience easy! I highly recommend
