Dr. Naik grew up in Bombay, India and Columbia, SC and completed his dental studies at Northwestern University in Chicago in 1997. He then was in solo practice in the DC/VA area until May 2013 - at which time, he and his family moved to the Triangle for the next chapter. Dr Naik is a sports and fitness enthusiast and a current events junkie who enjoys good food & drink and company in his free time.
Dr. Eva Ku graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri then went on to graduate from University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where she received her Doctorate degree in Dental Medicine (DMD) in 1998. Subsequently, she completed a general residency at Philadelphia Veterans Affairs Medical Center in 1999. Since that time Dr. Ku has been in private practice. In 2008, Dr. Ku and her family moved to the area thanks to her husbands work in the Research Triangle Park. They reside in Apex with their son Thomas. Dr. Ku is a proud supporter of World Vision and Compassion International. She is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family.
The clinical and front office team members at PFD are familiar to our current patients since most of them have been with the practice for many years. They are always ready to take that extra step to make sure patients are comfortable and informed. As a practice, all team members are updated with newest developments and guidelines in regards to dental trends, updates, and certifications.

First visit to Dr. Kim this week and she was great! Very professional yet friendly and personable. She gave me very detailed info to help me decide on a dental issue I have without pushing at all. I've been coming to this practice for several years and actually liked Dr. Kim much more than the male dentist that owned it before. I like the new name too and happy my regular hygienist is still there and the great ladies at the front desk who are always so helpful & sweet. Highly recommend Pittsboro Smiles! :-)

Dr. Naik is an excellent dentist, and has also been a super advocate for helping me through two dental/medical mysteries that have involved many specialists. He has done everything possible to facilitate communication between, and provide information to the rest of my team. I feel very fortunate to have him as my dentist.

I went to this clinic for the first time and I had a lot of pain in my tooth, the receptionist is very kind and the nurses, I had a bad experience with the doctor, she was not very friendly. That is not professional, as a medical dentist, he has to treat his patients well, whether of color or race.

This place is great!!! I hadn't gone to a dentist in maybe 7 years prior to going to them (no insurance for a bit and then just scared), and they were not judgmental at all and so kind. I love my dental hygienist and all the staff are wonderful. Doctors are good, too. Very responsive over email or phone. Love this place!

Firstly, they are very Covid conscious, checking temperature before entering and complying with mask guidelines. The staff is very friendly and respectful. The office atmosphere is open and clean. My hygienists was professional and checked my comfort level often. My dentist was easy to talk to and listened well. She was knowledgeable regarding all my concerns and explained future procedures with clarity and optimism. Overall, I was extremely pleased and my teeth look and feel amazing after my cleaning!

I'm new to the area and visited Pittsboro Family Dentistry for the first time three weeks ago. I recently visited Pittsboro family dentistry and was very happy with my care. I am very hesitant when it comes to dentists so I'm usually very critical but Dr. Naik and everyone I encountered there we very kind, patient and professional. I would highly recommend the practice to everyone.
