Dr. Sidharth Bansal is dedicated to providing you and your family with quality dental care for a life time of healthy, beautiful smiles! He places great emphasis on being an honest, gentle, caring dentist who treats his patients, not just their teeth.
Dr Bansal received his initial degree in Europe over 12 years ago. After moving to the U.S., he earned an additional dental degree form New York University. Dr Bansal then practiced dentistry for five years in Philadelphia and North Carolina before opening his own dental practice in Pittsboro.
A technology enthusiast, Dr. Bansal believes on keeping up-to-date on the latest advancements in modem dentistry. His new, state-of-the -art practice is paperless and fully equipped with high definition TV in every exam room, intra-oral cameras, low radiation digital imaging, and electric low-noise high-efficiency hand pieces.

Originally form India; Dr Bansal is married to Dr Shipra Patel, a pediatric endocrinologist at UNC. They are proud parents of a young daughter. His outside interests include soccer, field hockey, and martial arts. He also enjoys cooking and gardening.

I can't say enough great things about this dental office!! They are compassionate, will work you in on a day that you are having dental problems, inform you on everything!! Office staff is wonderful, Doris is great, and Dr. Ko is an unbelievable dentist with compassion and care!! If you need a great dental office, this is the dentist you need to see!!

I love Dr. Bansal and his staff! I've been going to see him for about 12yrs. They make going to the dentist a good experience. Everyone is very nice. Thanks Sid!! So I wrote this 4 yrs ago and nothing has changed. My experiences are always exceptional!! Thank you too everyone at the office!! Dr. Bansal is the best dentist I have ever used. I found his practice several years ago when I woke up with a severe tooth ache. I went to my dentist who misdiagnosed the problem and wanted to send me to an oral surgeon. Dr. Bansal gave me a 2nd opinion (at no charge) and sent me to have a root canal. He saved my tooth and has been my dentist ever since. He is gentle and has a wonderful demeanor. He is fair and will work with your budget to help you figure out the best course of treatment. He even guided me to MOM (Missions of Mercy) to help a good friend who had severe oral problems due to type 1 diabetes. He is all heart and the #1 dentist in my book. I've recommended him many times.

I've seen many, many dentists but have never experienced this consistent quality of care. His work is outstanding! I know I'm absolutely safe with him and I'm always blown away with his continued knowledge of dentistry and state of the art equipment. His staff is always welcoming and knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile. Dr. Bansal is the real deal, he's caring, he's kind and he's genuine.

First, a LIVE person answers the phone. Flashback to the 70's! My tooth chipped (front tooth, naturally) an hour before hosting a New Year's party. Somehow Pittsboro Dental Associates fit me in the next day even though they were super busy after being closed for the holidays. Fixed the tooth promptly with no pain. It looks and feels like MY tooth. Everyone was great too work with and Dr. Bansal took great care to make sure the tooth felt as good as it looked.

This place is great. I randomly picked a dentist and I'm so glad I picked this one. They have Netflix for you to watch while you're in the chair, and everyone there is super friendly.
