Dr. Pitts is a kind, caring and honest dentist. He was also my children's dentist when they were young. I have always been pleased with our dental visits and have always trusted Dr. Pitts with our dental needs.

I just had the initial visit with Dr. Pitts, I appreciate his honesty and upfront approach. My husband had his initial visit and was able to get his cleaning done in the same day.We are very pleased with his service and the service of his staff.

I absolutely adored the receptionist and Dr.Pitts assistant. Both were lovely, courteous, and caring. I wish I could say the same for Dr.Pitts. I needed a lot of work done, but two root canals were what I needed immediately. The first one apparently was able to be cleaned and repaired, no root canal, the other still needed it. Got the root canal. But the whole time I had searing hot pain going through my upper jaw. Tried voicing my pain and was told "it couldn't possibly be hurting" and that I was only feeling "pressure" because there was "no longer any root". I guess I don't know the difference between sharp shooting pain and pressure. The other tooth that was "fixed" started hurting two/three months later. I go in to get it looked at. Tell him it's coming from the fixed tooth. Well he figures since I have a tooth right next to it that has a cavity, it's probably that one, and fixes it instead. I leave with the wrong tooth fixed and still in A LOT of pain. Actually physically in tears. Three days later I ended up going to an emergency dentist and forking out MORE money to have my tooth properly fixed. It needed a root canal. As soon as they were done and the over all tenderness went away, my tooth has been pain free ever since. Fast forward to the other tooth I got a root canal on that was still hurting. Now it is hurting again after five/six months. You would think it wouldn't be, but here I am, unable to bite down on anything without horrible pain shooting into my jaw. So thanks for taking my money and not actually fixing anything. I feel taken advantage of and now I'm going to have to go pay AGAIN to have my teeth PROPERLY fixed. Do not go here if you want to have the same work done all over again. Just go to a better dentist in the first place.
