Dr. Hung D. Luong received his degree of Bachelors in Biology from Temple University in Philadelphia and his Doctor of Dental Surgery at Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington D.C.. While completing his Doctorate, he received awards in Anatomy, Periodontics and Prosthodontics for being the top of his class in these fields of study along with clinical hand skills. During his last year, he was part of the prestigious prosthodontic honors program for senior Doctorate students. This gave him exposure to advanced procedures in fixed and removable prosthodontics with early exposure to implant surgeries.

He believes in continued growth when it comes to keeping up with the advances in clinical and dental technologies. His continuing goal is to rebuild and maintain healthy and beautiful smiles. With this in mind, he participates in advanced training with continuing education courses with a focus on dental implants and teeth movements.

With this extensive background and training in advance care he is dedicated to providing patients with healthy teeth and beautiful smiles in an environment where they can feel completely comfortable. His calming demeanor and professional attitude has made him an integral part of his team. Coming from a blue collar family, he understands the demands of a working class lifestyle. With this as a core belief, he plans the most efficient use of his patients time.

In his practice, Dr. Luong focuses his efforts on preventive, advanced restorative, and reconstructive dentistry with a particular interest in dental implants and pain management. Dr. Luong is Invisalign and MTM certified as part of his commitment to providing patients with unparalleled, state-of-the-art care. As an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, Philadelphia County Dental Society, and the American Dental Association, Dr. Luong is always looking for new ways to not just learn, but contribute to the dental field. Dr. Luong is also a Captain in the US Army Reserves Dental Corp where he is able to give back to this great country while performing his craft. When not in the office; he can be found at home with his beautiful daughter Lilliana, son Nathaniel, and soulmate Felicia. They recently moved into the South Jersey area and looks forward to putting roots down for the next 40 years.

Dr. Kong has lived in South Jersey her entire life and resides in Blackwood, NJ. She enjoys the beach at the Jersey Shore, her many culinary experiences, traveling, fishing, photography, and most of all, spending time with her family and Shiba Inu, Jase. Dr. Kong is a dedicated dental professional and makes it a priority that each patient is comfortable and leaves her chair with a smile.

Dr. Cindy Kong joined the practice in February 2021. Dr. Kong started her dental career in 2006 as a dental assistant and has been practicing dentistry as a general dentist since 2015. In 2011, Dr. Kong graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rowan University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and was awarded two medallions for Pre-professional Award in the Allied Health Field and Volunteerism. Dr. Kong, then became a Temple Dental School graduate in 2015 and was voted Best Hand Skills amongst her peers. After graduation, she chose to start her career in her hometown and immediately made an impact on her community.

Dr. Myra Dawara was raised in South Jersey and graduated from Rowan University where she earned her Bachelors degree in Biology with a Minor in Art. Prior to dental school, she worked as a dental laboratory technician to further learn about the process of fabricating crowns and bridges. Dr. Myra attended Temple Dental School, earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree with honors. She strives to stay up to date by taking continuing education courses to advance her knowledge and to better serve her patients. She is excited to get to know the community and be a part of the caring team at Pitman Dental. It is her priority to ensure that her patients receive quality dental treatment in a calm and comfortable setting.

In her free time, Dr. Myra enjoys drawing, painting, playing the piano/guitar, and spending time with family. She and her husband Cory recently had a backyard wedding, with their dog of honor, Shasta, to greet their guests. You can find them hiking and biking together on the weekends.

Lisa L. is a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) and Registered Dental Assistant (RDA). She graduated at Camden County Technical Institute in 1998. With over 20 years of experience as a dental professional, she ensures patients feel relaxed and comfortable. In Lisas free time, she loves spending time with her husband John of 29 years and her two rescue cats, Shadow and Buddy.

Lisa Reynolds, BA, RDH received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Cabrini University and has worked alongside healthcare professionals in both clinical and nonclinical roles since 1996. In 2009 she discovered her passion to provide direct patient care and education through pursuing a career in dental hygiene and received her degree from the Community College of Philadelphia. She is a member of American Dental Hygiene Association and from 2011-2013 she served on the board as trustee in Pennsylvania for the Philadelphia Component. She is passionate about helping patients get and stay healthy and puts fearful patients at ease. When not at the office she loves hiking and traveling abroad.

Brittany is a Registered/Certified Dental Assistant(CDA/RDA). She is a graduate from Camden County College and joinedPitman Dental in June of 2020. She enjoys getting to interact so warmly with patients while helping them improve their smiles.

Alyssa graduated from Camden County Community College in 2014 with an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. She continued to pursue her education at St. Petersburg College and received her Bachelors of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene in 2017.

Alyssa treats every patient with compassionate, personalized and knowledgeable care. Her approach is to regard each and every patient as if they are family. Her focus on education and home care helps patients stay healthy in between visits.

Kelvin graduated from the Community College of Philadelphias Dental Hygiene program earning his Associates in Applied Science in 2020. At CCP Kelvin earned the Emerging Leader Award from the Pennsylvania Dental Hygienists Association. Kelvin also presented his research Sleep Apnea and the Role of Dentistry in Identification and Treatment at the Pennsylvania ADHA Keystone Dental Health Conference in 2019. Patients say Kelvins humor and gentle approach make them feel at ease. Kelvin loves getting to know his patients and seeing them return with a smile. Before becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist, Kelvin shined as a Dental Assistant for six years, assisting on a wide range of specialties. Kelvin is happy to answer your questions and help you improve your wellness through dental hygiene. When hes not explaining the benefits of someones root canal, Kelvin enjoys exploring new worlds while playing his favorite video games. But dont worry if the Internet goes out, Kelvin is always ready to play Dominoes with family!

Annie has had 16 years of Customer Service with 3 of those years being in Dental. In her time in dentistry she has done everything from Front Desk Reception, Scheduling, Insurance, Claims and Billing. She loves to assist patients in utilizing their dental insurance efficiently and obtaining the treatment they need and obtaining a healthy smile. The best part of her day is seeing patients leave our office feeling confident and happy with their smile. She is consistently learning more about dentistry and how she can make every patients experience a great one. When she isnt at the office she enjoys spending time with her family going fishing and kayaking/canoeing.

Taylor has a decade of customer service experience under her belt. With the past few years here, pursuing her dental career as receptionist and insurance coordinator. She has a strong understanding that patient satisfaction is a must in all encounters. Taylor is constantly learning and bettering herself in order to provide the best services, so that patients are comfortable and happy with their office experience. When she is not in the office Taylor can often be found lounging around the house with something new to read or she is out on the town with her closest friends.
