Helping our children is the important part of what Pippin Dental does for families. Were making sure that all children have access to dental care services. Pippin Dental is committed to reducing the need for future extensive dental work & keeping kids healthy through preventative dental care & a range of community & educational programs.

The number of children not visiting the dentist or going to hospital ERs in Indianapolis tells us too many kids lack the primary dental care they need to prevent serious dental issues. Because these health issues can impact childrens ability to perform their best in school & live a successful life. Were finding ways to help kids get the dental care they need by accepting Medicaid & Commercial Insurance, Resolution Dental Discount Plan for families without insurance, school-based dental care visits & more.

Through our Kool Smiles Kids Club, kids (no matter their age) have the opportunity to earn rewards, grow & reach their unlimited potential. With an emphasis on creativity & values, Kool Smiles Kids Club helps give kids a sense of self, making a powerful contribution to their oral care health. Parents & families tell us their kids club experience helped diminish fear & instill confidence in their children.

Safely straighten your teeth discreetly, without letting anyone else know. We offer faster treatment times & can subtly straighten your smile & no one will know. Reveal Clear aligners are also removeable so, there are no restrictions on foods you can eat. Just remove them & eat or drink anything you want.

Probably yes. Clear aligners are appropriate for many teens and adults looking to straighten their teeth. To see if clear aligners are right for you, please schedule a FREE smile assessment with your dentist. Your dentist will provide you with a comprehensive oral exam to confirm candidacy for clear aligners.

If youre looking to straighten your teeth but want a more aesthetic solution, consider clear aligners. Clear aligners are a series of trays that move your teeth slowly to bring them into alignment. Treatment can include up to 30 trays, and each tray is worn for two weeks.

The receptionist are very rude and have threated me 2x to leave. Once when i asked a question about the paperwork and another time bc my teenage daughter said a swear word. In that instance she told my daughter to leave. Also it's required to still wear a mask. If you refuse or even question it they threaten you and say " youre welcome to leave". Theyre clearly not concerned in losing business but i will be taking my children elsewhere.

My son Damien needed a tooth extraction immediately. The ladies made sure he was comfortable and extracted it the same day. He has a follow up appointment with this facility as well. So far no issues have came up only mild pain from the extracted tooth. Thank you Pippin!

My daughter has an appointment to get a spacer NEXT WEEK and they just called to tell us the orthodontist is quitting and that we have to go somewhere else. We have waited months for this appointment. When asked how long they knew about this, they stated they had known for WEEKS but are just now calling to inform us. They could have helped out and set us up at another location but no, they basically said sorry bout ya, figure it out. So we essentially have to start from square one. Thanks a ton. Avoid this place.

All three of my children go here and we have had great experiences every time. My youngest boy is autistic, when I called and set up his appointment I explained he has sensory sensitivities so they could find him an appointment accordingly. A gal named Annie took care of my son today and she was hands down amazing. Once she confirmed he had sensory sensitivities she took it from there and knew exactly what to do to ease his mind, followed his lead and had an immense amount of patience. I really can't praise her enough. The entire staff has been outstanding each visit we have had!

Our son recently had a cleaning and the hygienist was a newer gal, Amy. Our son had not had her, she was absolutely lovely! She look the time to explain what she was doing and he appreciated that. She helped him feel comfortable. Our son has ASD, and ADHD. Hope to have her when he gets his next cleaning!

Orthodontist --Absolute worst office I have ever taken my child to. There is no communication in this office between staff or staff to patients. They are hard to get a hold of on the phone, hard to schedule an appt. The orthodontist told my child he doesn't have to wear his retainer, because he'll just end up having to get braces again, but charged me $200 for a new one. Now my child doesn't want to wear it because Dr said he didn't have to. Why did I oh $2000 for braces, and $200 for a new retainer --- if we're just going to have to do this again. Avoid this office at all costs.

I've previously had a good experience with this dentist until today. I made the appointment online via their website earlier this week for today. They called me last night while I was at work, so I called back this morning. Verified my insurance with them and asked them if they needed anything else from me. They told me no and gave me no other information. Called the previous dentist that my son just saw to get his x-rays so I was prepared. Brought masks even though that wasnt said on the phone either. In this initial conversation it should have been asked what we made the appointment for. So I could let them know he was in pain if it was going to be an issue. They also should have mentioned that my 5 year old would have to go back by himself. Upon arrival, I was told my son would need a full work up, I told them he doesn't need any of that as we were just at the dentist and had done a cleaning and X-rays already. Why would I subject my 5 year old to more radiation that isn't needed? Then a snarky remark was made by another front desk employee that all doctors need a full work up because they all do things differently. this isn't and hasn't been my experience in the past 10 years with my other children. I would have liked to of known that was their intentions, if I was told prior in the initial phone call that this would be happening and that it is their "policy" I wouldn't have made the drive across town, I would have canceled the appointment. I told them he was in pain and we were just looking to get a cavity filled. To be told they were fully booked for the day and probably didn't have time to do anything but the X-rays and cleaning unless otherwise decided by the dentist on staff. It isn't the fault of your patients that you have a fully loaded day, but possibly a mistake on the front desk employees allowing too many appointments and not saving time for the doctor to do what they need to do. I would have much rather of been told at 9 am this morning that the appointment needed to be moved so that they could accommodate my concerns in a more thoughtful manner. I have no intention of driving across town multiple times for lack of planning!

Sooo unprofessional my child had a toothache for too long took her here for an visit . They said she needed an extraction on one side because the tooth was bad and a root canal on the other.. only certain dentist are qualified to do certain things and they only come in to work at this particular office like twice a month .. so she was scheduled 3 different appointments one for the extraction another for root canal and another for a cleaning .. they gave me three appointment cards and when we got there today they said she had no appointment scheduled for her extraction when I clearly have my appointment cards.. someone dropped the ball here and it's not ok.. so I was told that they can see if a dentist can see her today for the extraction only if the dentist feels comfortable because it's not her level of expertise?? Then she says they can fill her tooth today ... but why would you fill it if it's sooo bad and needs to come out?? I have posted proof of my appointment cards and I want the person who dropped the ball here to understand the level of pain she's caused because now my child has to go with a toothache even longer

Everyone is great...except for Dr. Carol. He does the extractions. He doesn't care, and he's rude. No compassion or empathy. He also didn't send my prescription for after my oral surgery, so I was in pain when the numbness wore off. Get your extractions elsewhere.

Had a good experience at Pippin. We are from out of state and my son had a dental emergency. They fit him into their schedule & did an exam and X-ray. The staff and doctor were all very friendly and informative. The front desk assisted in making sure our self pay bill was as affordable as possible. They were also very timely and quick. Overall, a really good experience.

After a horrible experience at another dentist, I was so relieved to be at Pippin. While I did have to wait a lot longer than I anticipated, it was mostly my son's insurance company's fault, so I wasn't too upset with it. Everyone there was so helpful to me, and kind and informative to my son. They actually gave me options and referrals for him, instead of kicking us out (like Regal Valley did). Still have a long road ahead of us for my son, but once his dental anxiety calms down a bit, I will be returning here with him. The two women at the front desk (Brittany and Kristen) were amazing, despite their heavy workload. The dental hygienist was patient and explained everything she was doing to my son. And the doctor went over all our options with me upfront and understood my worries. Can't say enough good things.
