I don't like how we schedule an appointment, and still have to wait 45 mins to an hour just to get seen , on top of arriving 15 mins early. Like isn't that why we schedule an apt. I also don't like how we can't go back with our children . To many things going on in the world , to trust people you don't know with your child safety and health. As far as the work it's great , but I think a few policy's need to be changed

Great Place to take your kids, Staff are great and kid friendly. My sons permanent tooth was knocked out at school , the nurse at his school put the tooth in milk ( something I didn't know) to keep the calcium in the tooth. Was able to make a same day appointment and they were able to put his tooth back in. My son feels so much better and still confident as ever! Just wanted to say thank you so much for helping us! I wouldn't have known what to do with out the staff here at Pippin Dental @56th street and Keystone Indpls .

i've read several reviews some good some bad, but i can only speak on my experience. Be it that everywhere is short staff and companies are working with the employees that actually show up to work. I applaud Pippin Dental. Beginning at the front desk, Anika and Kim brings a pleasant atmosphere for both parent and child. They make the children extremely comfortable and more relax by talking to them and playing with them. They even made the parents comfortable by keeping them updated. Whe my children went to the back, the hygeniest was extremely kid friendly and they loved it! the doctor was top notch, dr. knoll. even when they had to get work completed, shereka was patient and explained what was going on. i'm terrifed of dentists and for this office to have employees that takes the time to make the exeprience relaxed and kid friendly is always a plus for me. Thank you guys!!!

For the last month we've had to come in to the dentist for my daughter to get her mouth fixed . She's had the same nurse,Dawne, which I also make sure of as well . Dawne always makes sure my daughter is as comfortable as possible. She may not always be happy but she always try's to make her happy. Thank you Dawne for what you have done for Veah

I've been coming here for 17yrs since my son was 1 I've never had a problem great place always get all 6 of my kids teeth right and the timing is awesome.

Pippin Dental is a very comfortable location for kids. They have been taking care of me for more than 2 years now, and I am grateful to all the employees that puts out their service to those in need. Mitzy most especially has been a kind heart, making sure I am comfortable and spending detailed time on her work. I am very thankful for the hardwork and dedication to families.

I have been trying to get in Contact with ortho for weeks now and have left several messages but still haven't heard anything back ! Very unprofessional! I have showed up to appointments just to be told in person that they have been canceled (no phone call or anything and I stay 45 min away !) I would not recommend

I've been taking my children here for years! Now I guess they have new staff that are very mean to the kids they take back there. They won't let you go and all three of my children begged me not to go back for dental work. If you don't want to work with children don't get in the Field. We won't be returning!

The girls are the front were very nice but it was my daughter's first time at the dentist, she is 2, and they wouldn't allow me to go back with her and didn't explain why, just took her and told me to watch through the window. I could not comfort her while she was crying because she didn't understand what was going on. I wasn't provided with ANY information about her teeth besides "she has no cavities come back in 6 months." They held her on their laps and cleaned in her mouth and I wasn't able to tell if they were holding her down, it is a mother's job to hold their child down, not random people she doesn't know and cant be comfortable with. She was too young for me to explain to her what we were there for so she was just sitting there scared and confused. I've been upset all day. Never going back.

I took my son to the dentist here and it was his first appointment. He's only two years old and they wouldn't allow me back there with him. I was only allowed to watch him through a window. I watched my son be scared and was crying for about 15-20 minutes before someone came to make sure he was OK. Meanwhile, 3 different women walked past him and ignored him. It took everything in me not to walk back there myself and grab him and try not to cry for him. I am never bringing my kids back to this dentist office ever again.
