This doctor's office had no compassion when I phoned the day of the appointment as I was out of town and could not get there in time. They charged $50 and I stopped going to this doctor.

I am disappointed the doctor has chosen to bill me an extra $50 when I had an emergency and I want to reschedule my appointment for the same day, however when the doctor was busy with another patient for longer time, he reschedules my appointment without even an apology, I am disappointed and I chose to find another clinic, in addition, they just send me a bill for the treatment was canceled, I have to speak with my insurance to audit all my charges coming from this clinic, they have a missy accounting system.

Dr. Piotrowski and his staff are nothing short of AMAZING!!!! I was super nervous and anxious to get two of my wisdom teeth removed, but they made me feel so comfortable and confident that the procedure wouldn't be bad. Also very grateful for the girl at the front desk for letting me borrow her brand new personal headphones to listen to my music during the procedure so I wouldn't hear the tools as much. The surgical assistant was super kind and helpful as well. Dr. Piotrowski was knowledgeable, kind, gentle and confident! He removed one of my teeth and I didn't even realize it was out yet. I honestly hate going to the dentist because I have a huge fear of all the tools, but the whole staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Thank you so much!

I would give Dr. Piotrowski one thousand gold stars if I could. I am writing about two separate events of excellent care. About a month ago I needed to have an infected tooth removed. Dr. Piotrowski was very confident and explained in simple terms what he would do. There was no pain and my recovery was excellent. After the tooth was removed, I kept waiting for my mouth to get sore - I followed their instructions and it never did. That was a great experience. The one yesterday was even better. My husband has Alzheimer's, is not able to communicate well, and doesn't have much patience. During a dental exam we discovered a bridge he has was loose and there was decay in the tooth anchoring it. None of the options for repair the dentist discussed seemed good ones. I brought my husband to Dr. Piotrowski. My husband wasn't comfortable sitting back in the reclining chair and Dr. Piotrowski calmly adjusted how he worked with my husband. He came up with a simple solution for the bridge and decayed tooth that required nothing that would be uncomfortable for my husband. Our expectation for this visit was that he would assess the situation and we would come back for the procedure. Dr. Piotrowski explained he could go ahead and do the procedure at that time because it would make it easier for my husband. They worked calmly and so positively with my husband and he never got agitated. The solution worked perfectly, and my husband hasn't missed a beat. Dr. Piotrowski is not only excellent at his profession, he is kind, considerate, and caring. His demeanor was amazing with Jack and so was that of the entire staff. I won't consider going to anyone else.
