Never had a problem at this office, Dr B great caring dentist

I called Pioneer Dental as a new patient and needed to be seen for intense pain. I expected to wait at least a week before I could see a dentist, but every person I spoke with was incredibly helpful! They were able to get me in the same day! I had an issue with my insurance provider, and Jenny and Micki in the office bent over backwards to help me! Micki sat with me for over an hour to make sure I was able to afford the care I need, and I'm pretty sure she and I were still there after closing time. Dr. Allender and Dental Assistant Marissa were incredibly kind and personable even before I told them I had a fear of the dentist. I felt at ease and like I was talking with friends. I have to have a root canal and while I'm not looking forward to it by any means, I know I am in capable hands and I will receive nothing but the best care from this office. I highly recommend Pioneer Dental to anyone looking for a dentist. I have nothing but good things to say about this place and everyone I interacted with there!

The staff is very friendly & Dr B is such a caring person. This is my 2nd time here & I would highly recommend this Dental office. Thank you to the staff & Dr B ...I wouldn't go anywhere else

I went to get some dental work and was on pain and they can't find out the source of the pain, I went for a second opinion and they found a huge infection that was eating my jab bone and removed my molar and treat my infection on another dental clinic, I'm so disappointed with this dental clinic...

Reputable Establishment, will come here for future dental needs! Very pleased! Dentistry Surgery today, 4/20/2021, couldn't be happier. The results so far are zero pain in my mouth. Starting from the Exam, to Bone x rays, procedure itself, to healing at home. The surgery itself had some pressure, but the actual discomfort and pain from the searing and throbbing infected tooth cavity had stopped before the time of procedure, due to the good local anesthetic the doctor and assistants were able to provide. I have a follow up in 7 days and will update then.

Great dental team. I have been a patient here for over 20 years and am very satisfied with the honest and reliable care my family and I receive. Dr. B is a great dentist!

The three times I've been there I have had to wait near an hour or longer to be seen even with an appointment, the average dentist will see you in between 8-20 minutes. I asked for my bridge to be a shade whiter than my regular teeth but instead they gave me a bridge even more yellow than my regular teeth and blamed it on the light. The bridge they installed did not fit perfectly, I no longer can bite through cleanly. If it was cheap maybe I'd give it two stars but they will charge you expensive rates for their service. Admittedly the actual dentists practicing are very nice with good bed side manner but I would not return or recommend based on the wait times alone.

I'll be honest I never write reviews, the dentist here has been incredible with making sure I recieved the perfect crown. The staff is also incredibly nice, very sweet and allowed me to bring my son as well. Thanks Again for everything! David Cook

I mentioned I was pregnant before making the appointment. They wanted me to have x rays done before a cleaning under "policy" i requested to view these policies, they said they cannot share it to patients. Then a second lady said that I needed a doctor's approval for a cleaning, when it is not needed after the first trimester. I have my medical knowledge and know what is procedure. At the door they also had a sign reading "let us know if you are pregnant", for what? I obviously filed for non-compliance and changed my insurance immediately. Never coming back to this place.

Pioneer Dental I've been coming here for quite a few years now and Dr. B as he's known has the softest touch of any dentist I've come to know over my lifetime of visiting dentists. I picked this facility myself. I came, I saw, I liked. So if you trust my judgement and think I haven't steered you wrong in the past take a shot (literally) by visiting this Dentist office and it's great staff along with the Dr. B.

Dr.B is great his office staff is awsome very friendy and helpful my family has been going to him for years we even moved to Hesperia ca and still drive to his office wont go to no one else my aunt and her family moved to vegas and they go to his office out there when hes there on Wednesdays best dentist Dr.B is awesome!!!!!
