I have to move my entire schedule to be able to take my 15 month old to his medical/dental appointments, and they refused to take my baby because he was "fuzzy." My baby is terrified of anyone in a scrub, and as a mom that is stressful enough. However, going to a place where they refuse service makes it worse, especially if the nurse keeps making faces and covering her ears because your little one is crying, their professionalism is disappointing.

I was so impressed with Pinova, I have had a regular Dentist for the last 20 years and recently switched so I was extremely nervous and scared. The staff from the Clerk, Marisa to Alvin, who was very efficient and professional, took my pics and X-rays, then Celia with my cleaning, she was amazing, very calm and complete expert. Then I also had a cavity and D.A. Daniela got me prepared, calmed my nerves, explained everything thoroughly, very knowledgeable and reassuring and finally Dr. Khamsi was equally as patient, knowledgeable and professional. Was a great day for me at the Dentist. Thank you, all. VG

Dr. Mo is amazing, he has and shows honest concern for his patients, Frances is absolutely brilliant and Donna is lovely and very helpful. I would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience today at Pinova Dental and Braces! Dr.Amin and his assistant Frances were amazing they explained everything to me thoroughly and always checked up on me making sure I was okay! They made this experience extremely comfortable and I will definitely be returning to this dentist in the future!

Cancelled my appt and wanted to make me wait another month before they could fit me in. Then a week later they canceled the appts for my three kids and told me they couldn't even reschedule because they didn't have appts so they would have to call me back when they had something.

The Dr. At this location has left 2 of my family members, physically worse and hurt after procedures. After coming in to have part of a tooth shaved for a comfortable bite, the Dr shaved too far down to the point of refering a specialist, and tries to refuse to pay for damages. My other family member had their retainer broken! Absolutely careless here and will never recommend.

Great experience today at Pinova Dental & Braces!!! Dr. Rainer and his assistant Daniela took excellent care of my son during his procedure. Dr. Rainer explained everything that was going on in his mouth to help me make an informed decision about his procedure. Daniela was with him every step of the way to make sure he was comfortable and experienced minimal pain! Great team, thank you guys!

All of the staff was very friendly and caring. Specifically Alvin, Ale, and Doctor Amin (don't know if I spelled his name correctly). They we're the ones that worked on my kids pearly whites! They were awesome!

The lady at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we were seen as scheduled even with the mixup, everyone here is super friendly and very fast and extremely efficient. 10/10 would recommend this Dental office!

All of the staff are very professional and respectful. Celia the Hygienest has cleaned my teeth all the time and she is wonderful person. I feel at ease when I go every 6 months . Thank you Very satisfied

There is one member of the staff who is excellent, he is taller and generally makes sure others are taken care of. However, the staff needs to be told to do things like use local anesthetics for work that is likely to be painful. Additionally, I had to go several separate times to get a crown redone as they didn't take a mold of the original tooth before grinding it down to a post so it didn't fit with my teeth and they gave one more attempt to get another mold before grinding down the opposite tooth to fit it in my mouth. In terms of common sense the dentist seems to have little as he chose to put a porcelain crown on a molar which full porcelain is generally recommended for front teeth only. Aside from all of that their staff doesn't seem to either know how to file the work properly or check insurance co-pays as I have had to pay past due amounts twice as they billed me the wrong amount in the office. Really annoying to be called 3 months after service to find out you still owe them 100 dollars on top of hundreds you have already paid for work. Will no longer be going to them for services.

Holly ****. My insurance paid mostly and I paid out of pocket. They charged me again by mail the balance already paid. Went to the office and showed proof. All good. Until a Derogatory Mark just showed on my credit report for a balance of $56 already paid
