I have NEVER met a staff so kind , gentle OR caring . The person who helped me with my husband's appointments and mine is beyond awesome . The person who took my exrays was super gentle and friendly . You will not go wrong with these incredible people . I'm ashamed for not getting their names . Thank you ALL . I HAD to come back in and tell you , all , about Norma . She's so incredible . I had a situation and I needed help . She jumped right on it ,she made calls on my behalf . She made sure I understood what to expect during and after my procedure . She made me feel so important, when was the last time a professional made you feel this way ? I'm deeply touched by Norma . I thank you with ALL my heart .

The staff is great... Rosa great office manager, Dr Lee also great. Luis make it happen with the great attitude he has .. Keep it up ..!!!!! Just need to change the time on the doors and clean the windows they look bad with all tape on them .. Thank you guys .. Norma, is rude she doesn't have the customer service for the buildir attitude for the location. You guys loosing customers because of her.. The way she talk to the customers.. To bad Luis is gone .. great person.. But Maria is great.. I like the service that I have my grandma coming to this location.. ...

Pinova Dental has provided the best care I've ever had by far. They do maintenence care for every three months at little or no cost. Ceci and Jessica take amazing care of me and my teeth. They make sure l'm comfortable and they're very pleasant to talk too. Ceci truly goes the extra mile to ensure my teeth are the best they can be. I've had many dental establishments work on me and none of them were bad, but l can easily say without a doubt that Pinova Dental is out front and leads the way! All of the front desk staff are so kind and funny. How could anyone not want to come here? They never have you waiting long and they're very flexible with your schedule regarding life's complexities. I was over charged almost 100 dollars its been 3 months and I'm still having to call corporate weekly for my refund and I'm getting no where. I'll just have to sue them I guess to get somewhere.

My mistake for continuing to do business with this practice after my initial experience: 3 hour office wait for a cleaning. But, I dismissed it due to Covid, figured they are short staffed. Second Experience: Called in August to make an appointment to have a $400 out of pocket procedure done in September. It took many calls to finally get the cost care summary pricing. Finally the appointment day arrives, I show up yesterday and the office is CLOSED?! I call the other location on Lee Trevino and the receptionist said very rudely said that the location on Zaragoza doesn't open in the mornings?! Why was I scheduled then?! Once I told the Lee Trevino receptionist that I'm posting this experience online, she changed her tune and actually apologized. Later in the day I get a voicemail from Rosa stating they didn't confirm my appt because they have staggered hours?! YOU SET MY APPOINTMENT, I CALLED AND CONFIRMED IT THE WEEK PRIOR AND I RECEIVED SEVERAL TEXT MESSAGES CONFIRMING! Terrible Service! Waste of time!

They took care of my kids! Detailed, professional, and clean!!! Loved the staff and Dr. Thank you!!! Edit... Came back for a follow-up filling for my 9 year year old and the Dr. Was patient nice careful and sweet. Staff was awesome!
