I do NOT recommend....I went for a consultation and scheduled to have a procedure done, I ask before I walked out did I owe anything and was told no it was a consultation. A week later I decided to not have the procedure done and called and cancelled my appointment, then about 2 weeks later I received a bill in the mail for $70. I called and ask what it was for and was told that it was the day I went for the consultation and now they have turned me over to a credit bureau because I refuse to pay!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL, THAT IS NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL!!

Staff friendly and professional, hardly any wait time. My Dentist performed a thorough exam and explained my options.

I can't say enough good things about Dr Carlisle and his staff. They are all very kind, helpful and friendly from the front desk on up. Lacey, the hygienist that took care of me, was amazing and made sure I was comfortable. Melanie who assisted Dr Carlisle during the surgery was wonderful also. Dr Carlisle made sure there was no pain and that I was comfortable. He also was friendly and went out of his way to make me feel at ease. This a great place and great group of people that make going to the dentist a pleasant enjoyable experience. I highly recommend.

I love Dr Prince and her work the problem is this billing went and got a teeth cleaning supposedly it was covered by my insurance or that's what I was told just to get done and have a $83 bill and then to get home and receive another bill for $52.50 for something that should have been included in the teeth cleaning it is at every other office but what disappoints me so much about this place is the lack of transparency and how much they charge you some people don't have a large cash flow and just a little bit of money can really affect your life quality it would be nice if people would be upfront on how much they are going to charge you instead of telling you that it is covered and then find out that it's not and if you don't pay you get reported to a credit bureau thanks pinnacle I would not recommend these people to anybody based on their billing not on their performance and enough said.

Do not be mislead by their assistance with insurance coverage and pushy sales tactics. They will tell you that services are covered and then will bill you for it later along with threats from rude and unprofessional collection agencies. What a complete nightmare from the start.

Such awesome staff! Dr. Carlisle was a lifesaver. Very helpful and thorough in the care they provide. Also helped a lot when it came to sorting out an insurance issue.

As a general dentist, I refer patients to Dr. Carlisle all the time. Always please with the results. He is a master in his art and will treat you right!

Dr. Carlisle is up-to-date, friendly, and does good work. If we send a patient to him, they are satisfied and glad we sent them there. He is not the only good periodontist in town, but he does good work nevertheless.
