I had a root canal yesterday and Dr. Camba and Sydney were terrific! They were very professional and gave me step by step details of the process. I have little- to no pain afterward. Great work!

This is by far the worst Endodontics I ever been to. Worst front office staff (Jennifer). They care more about money than people well being. I was sick and called in more than a day in advance to cancel/reschedule my appointment but was told I have to pay $150. Now I am planning on going to my appointment with flu and coughing. would never go back to this practice.

I felt manipulated and taken advantage of. First, they had me sign consent form saying that I understand the doctor told me things about my teeth (such as they had a crack and were not repairable) before I even saw him. After X-rays, they told me I needed another scan that is not covered by insurance. The receptionist came in with another consent form regarding the cost. But instead of just showing the cost of the scan was $250, they told me "If you were out of network, you would pay $780 for todays visit. But since you're in network, you only pay $350!" Just like an infomercial selling me something I don't need by making it sound like a really good deal. This is of course out-of-pocket costs for an in-network endodontist to which I was referred. I asked how much of that cost was the scan, which is when they told me $250. But according to the receptionist that was the ONLY way to see if the tooth was able to be fixed. So I signed the form and got the scan - and guess what, the tooth was fractured and therefore not fixable. I have to get an extraction now which will cost another $200. I feel strongly that he had enough information from the X-ray to recommend extraction without the extra scan. And with their well-orchestrated sales pitch, I was completely misled. If you go here, beware of the hard sell.

Dr. Howard and his staff are amazing. They made the entire root canal process comfortable, answered every question, and had a great demeanor from start to finish. Highly recommend their services.

I believe he over changes, doesn't care about he's patients, and is out to get a check. I was sent to him to get two root canals on opposite sides. When seeing him he tells me that I needed three. Two on the left side and one on the other. Well, me thinking that he could do the work and not destroy my teeth I was willing to pay his co-charge that my insurance would make me pay upfront. Well, after he tells me, that the one I originally came to have done was not able to have the root canal and he says, "I'm just going to change you for my time."As a dentist shouldn't you be able to tell if something is savable or not. I wouldn't have paid him to do a root canal if he couldn't do it. Would have just preferred someone surgically remove it out of my mouth instead of leaving me with what I have now. Which now I have to get another dentist to fix what he's done. If they can. Keep in mind that my two teeth that are now broken used to look like the other ones on the right side. With a crack in it. That started breaking over time. After another great dentist fix it originally.

Just terrible. I am in pain and they don't want to give a consultation. These people should not work in the medical industry.

My dentist referred me to Dr Howard for a root canal. He did an excellent job. The staff is amazing, the office is clean and welcoming and Dr Howard talked me through everything that needed to be done in my consultation and during the actual root canal. I would definitely refer my family and friends.

The staff and Dr. Howard were amazing. I will say that I have had about 4 root canals and this was the first one I ever had that I had a good time. Can you believe someone is saying that, a good time during a root canal? Dr. Howard and Sheila made me feel very comfortable and eased my anxiety. Dr. Howard kept me entertained with his stories and his fantastic personality that before I knew it, I was done. It only took 20 minutes, No hour and half later, 20 minutes!!!!! One of Dr. Howard's stories had me laughing that deep down belly laugh. I will say that was one of the best experience's I ever had with a Dentist.

Excellent experience from start to finish! Dr. Howard was patient, funny, very knowledgeable and I immediately felt comfortable under his care! I was anxious going into my appointment and he spent a lot of time explaining what was going to happen and answering my questions. Unfortunately I was unable to get my questions answered and therefore did not get to meet the doctor. The person who I spoke with was not helpful at all. It is a shame that when a doctor has good reviews that the staff will cause their practice to get yet another bad review. Staff not friendly, I am not sure about the doctor becasue I did not get that far.

I am never going back to this place for any other treatments I may need. The reason being they have some very shady billing practices. First they make you pay before they even touch a tooth. They won't even take an x ray till they get the money up front. Secondly, they will overcharge you by a lot. Then they will make you wait 2.5 months to return the extra money they charged you. I had a root canal retreated here. They charged me nearly double of what they should have on my first visit. I then showed them the bill I got from my insurance showing what they should have charged me. Instead of apologizing and returning the overpayment, they told me that insurance hadn't sent them anything yet and they asked me to wait 4-6 weeks. I went in there for another visit and this time they charge me $50 more. Again asked me to wait 4-6 weeks. Instead of sending me the overpayment for the first visit, they said we will send you a combined check and made me wait 2.5 months in total. I called them and they confirmed they had revived the bill from insurance and told me the check is in the mail. I didn't get anything for more than 2 weeks. I highly doubt it took USPS 2+ weeks to deliver a check. So pretty sure they lied to me. Stay away from this place unless you have a lot of money lying around and love to get overcharged and then have to wait a long time to get the refund. I noticed they routinely do this to everyone who goes there as another lady was asking them about the same thing. Also, the assistant that put my temp crown back did a poor job and the crown came off within minutes of me getting home. Instead of taking ownership of this and fixing it back, the front office lady that I called told me we don't guarantee that it will stay on and told me to apply some toothpaste to try to stick it back. Toothpaste? Are you kidding me? I had to go to my dentist and get it fixed back on with cement. There is a general lack of accountability here and the practice is either purposely or because lack of accountability, poorly managed.

Had a great experience! Went in for a consultation and they were able to fit in my procedure same day which saved me from an additional visit and time off from work. Dr. Howard was very friendly and thoroughly explained what needed to be done and went through all of my questions. Would highly reccomend.

Dr Howard was super nice and so was his sister Carina. They were very caring and comforting as I got my root canal and nearly had a panic attack. A root canal isn't fun, but they made it bearable!

Everybody here was great from getting me in within an hour of going to my dentist for a route canal to the route canal itself. The front desk people were super friendly and explained every procedure and charge ahead of time. The assistant Garret was very friendly and made me feel at ease. I am very nervous at the dentist. The doctor was very open explaining the problem i had and how he was going to fix it. The procedure was quick and painless, and i do not say that lightly at the dentist. Would recommend to everyone. I am actually very calm knowing that if I need more dental work that they will be there to help.

I wish I could do a zero. The dr was great but the xray tech and front staff need to work on their custom service skills. At my age I am amazed at the amount of rude staff the dental and medical fields now have and people still choose to delay with them. Hopefully these dr's will realize this and do some corrective training or fire them if people start making their business's suffer for rude behavior. People have other choices and shouldn't have to pay for rudeness. 1st and last visit.....

Dr. Howard and his staff are AMAZING! I'm not from the state of Georgia originally, so trusting someone in a new state to fix my infected root canal was a bit scary for me. I had let the assistant know that I was a little nervous about the procedure/being back in a dentist chair, and he reassured me that I was in good hands. And he was definitely correct. During the quick 20min root canal process, the doctor and assistant were talking with one another in such a light-spirited way. I've never heard so much laughter within a practice. So thank you pinnacle for the great experience! I will definitely recommend Dr. Howard and his team to anyone I know.
