Your first visit to our practice establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information and give you time to get to know our staff. Our friendly staff is dedicated to caring for you and your entire family's oral health and well-being. We take the time to create a personalized treatment for each patient and we offer a wide range of services. It is our goal to make your visit with us an extremely pleasant one and to send you home with a beautiful and healthy smile.

Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the package, completing it at home and handing it to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.

Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

    Mayoly has been with our team since 2016, and has more than 18 years in the dental field as an office manager. She has received special training in management, customer service and dental insurance. Mayoly loves working with our doctor and office managers to implement new ideas, and seeing our patients walk out with a beautiful smile on their face. She also enjoys training new staff and is the driving force behind each new office, doctor and office manager to maintain our practices and keep them running smoothly. She is 100% committed to delivering whatever our doctors and office managers need.Mayoly enjoys spending time with her husband of 17 years; her son, Chris, who is attending Rutgers; and Melanie and Sophia. In her spare time she participates in Zumba and Salsa classes.

    Michele Ambrosio graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) in 1989 and has been a registered dental hygienist for over 30 years. She has practiced in Bayonne for the entirety of her career, spending over 25 years with South Hudson Dental Group before transitioning to Platinum Dental Group in 2015. Her tenure in Bayonne has allowed her to develop trust and rapport with patients of all ages. She strives to provide input on treatment that will benefit each patients overall dental health and wellness. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, particularly her husband Mark, and her daughters Emily and Abigail. She loves to cook and bake during her down time, and is known to share her recipes and dishes.

    Since 2007, Kamir has been a valuable member of the Platinum Dental Group team. She was born in the Dominican Republic and helps us care for Spanish-speaking patients. She oversees office operations, possesses great communication skills with our patients and staff, and ensures everyone is on the same page as a team in order for us to provide the best customer experience. Kamir misses the beautiful weather of her home but loves it here, too. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Kelvin, and her sweet daughter, Myah.

    Vanessa joined Platinum Dental Group in 2016 but has been in the dental field since 2001. She puts her years of experience and knowledge to work at our office by assisting the doctors, helping at the front desk, and backing up her coworkers. She also communicates with our patients and helps to meet their needs. Vanessa appreciates how our dentists are eager to implement new ideas and technology to give our patients personalized care and loves being a part of that process. Innovation is important to Vanessa, since it not only improves the patient experience, but enhances the operation of our office. As she will tell you, our goals at Platinum Dental Group are to create beautiful smiles and great relationships with our patients while keeping them comfortable in any way we can.

    Vanessa is married to her lovely husband Chris and they have a daughter, Giuliana. When she is not at the office, Vanessa loves to spend time with her family, take walks on the beach and listen to music.

    Been coming here for cleanings for a few years. Mary the hygienist is wonderful. Just recently was in for some fillings. The doctor was extremely thorough. He took the time to show me my x-rays and explain everything in great detail. Sue at the front desk took the time to correct some of my insurance information. We moved further north a few months ago and I will continue to make the drive to Sea Girt for my dental care!

    Was recently there for my hygiene visit. I saw Mary, who is very thorough and knowledgeable. She is also very gentle and kind and has a great personality. I met Dr. Zhang for the first time and was very impressed with the amount of time he took with me and how he explained my treatment. He put me completely at ease. I would highly recommend this dental group for anyone that wants quality and gentle dental care.

    I use Platinum Dental with employees and staff. They have provided excellent and professional top notch services. Their work is impeccable and they work with you on pricing. Dr. R has done wonders and Mary is a super hygenist. Also Sue in the office is a pleasure to work with. Five stars all around. Would never go anywhere else.

    My new dental group. I've had a crown replaced, a few cleanings, and just recently I had my front teeth bonded as I had worn them down past the enamel to the dentil layer. Dr Rishi was terrific with this procedure. It went quickly and was painless. New life for my choppers! The staff are friendly and helpful. They remember me when I return and always have friendly conversation. Karen will always call if there is an earlier opening

    Went in for regular cleaning. They said I needed 2 caps. I had no pain or problems. They said it was better to take care of the situation before I did encounter a problem. What a mistake it was believing them. They caused such problems, I had to get 2 root canals. I had to get another dentist to fix my teeth. I had Togo to the hospital because they caused my mouth to get an infection. I still have trouble with my teeth today, because of Pinnicle. I wish I could go back in time! I would have never stepped foot in that office. They are doing dental work that doesn't need to be done. And very poor work it is! My advise, stay away!

    Dr De Marco and his staff are a wonderful and caring group. Everyone there is both helpful and pleasant and very capable. I do not usually like having to go to a dentist but I have a much more positive attitude since I've been going here.

    Very friendly staff... patient and willing to go the extra mile. I can't say enough about the kindness of the staff and the incredible friendliness of the current dentist. The only downside is pricing... drastically more expensive than many local dentists. I have had to pay thousands out of pocket this year alone. I priced some of these things out more recently and realized I have paid more than double of other places in the area. If these were covered by my current policy, I would still go here

    Very bad. Called me in knowing the hygienist was out. Put filings on my teeth that did not even match color wise. And lastly they ignored my biggest problem. Need a route canal. My insurance specifically told me they worded it wrong. They took zero responsibility. After 7 times back and forth they decided to send me a letter that they wouldn't be treating me. Never problem solved anything by communicating w me. They just want the money. Care nothing about the patient. Also as I was leaving , the new dentist finally remembered to throw me back in the chair , jacket and all to do my oral screenings. It made me nervous. Felt like I was in a twilight zone over there. Very bad
